Very nice staff. They offered to give me a second wake up call which I had never thought of before and is a good idea. Nothing you can do about it, but the 17 percent room tax was a bit of a surprise!

Upon arrival staff extremely friendly; Amanda made sure we had everything we needed as we had a late arrival and didn't have our toiletries with us. Rooms large, comfortable. Airport shuttle a plus. Not much open around the hotel late at night for food options. The van driver said he'd take us to a restaurant; we checked in and went to the room and thought about it. When we decided to go back for food the driver had checked out for the night. He didn't do anything wrong, we just had a communication mix-up. We ended up ordering pizza since there wasn't a lot of delivery options.
