    Good location Shuttle to airport

    When we arrived there had been some administration error and there was no knowledge of our booking through booking.com. We showed the receptionist out booking.com reservation and his response was showing us his sheet of bookings for the night. He refused to acknowledge our booking. As it was 1am we asked in general of he had a room which he did but unfortunately he refused to honour the rate we had paid online and therefore charged us walk in rate which was more expensive. We didn't have much alternative but paid it and stayed. Unsure if the error was with booking.com or the hotels admin. If they had been full it would have caused more issues. Could you research into this to let is know what went wrong as we have always been avid users of booking.com and wouldn't want it to make us think twice about using it again. A refund of the difference we paid would be very welcome.

    Location and room size.

    Very noise a/c, poor breakfast quality, and poor shuttle service (over 45min before pickup.)

    Everything except the shuttle service

    Free shuttle was "sold out" and I had to pay $20 to take a 2 mile ride to the airport --- this will keep me from ever staying at the hotel again!

    I loved this place. The rooms were clean with fabulous beds. The free breakfast was great and had so many choices. I would definitely stay here again. The location was ideal too and only a 5 minute shuttle ride to the airport .

    Excellent staff - very helpful and friendly! The hotel was very clean and the staff left a sticky note on the bed letting us know all linens (including duvet covers) had been changed/cleaned/sterilized. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

    Online reservation requested joining rooms. They didn't have any available and we were not notified prior to our arrival. The staff however were very apologetic and did everything they could to accommodate our family.

    The room was supposed to be $130.90 + 17% tax = $153.15. They charged my credit card $ 178.02. On checkout, they said they would fix it but they have not. Please help me !

    Nice comfortable room, good breakfast and free wifi.

    They were really busy with large groups going to the airport so we had to wait over half an hour for the shuttle to the hotel.

    Very nice hotel. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with a good variety of items. Friendly, helpful girl at the front desk. Close to the airport, with free shuttle.

    The hotel is not listed on the board with the free phone to call for shuttle service, so you have to find a pay phone and also make sure you have change in your wallet to use it. The shuttle did come promptly once we got ahold of the front desk at the hotel though and the driver was really friendly.

    The friendly welcome from shuttle drivers to the staff on the front desk. A big thanks to Christine who was always ready to help in any way she could. The variety offered at breakfast was really above average. Well done

    The fact that not all the rooms have microwave and refrigerator and although you can obtain tea from the complimentary coffee place it would have been nice to have them offered in the room along with the coffee. I would also like to point out that did not know anything about manager's happy hour until much later in the evening when reading through information in the folder in the room, maybe guests should be invited when checking in and then give them the option of attending or not.

    the linen was awful. Cheap polyester. The duvet arrangement failed as well. Too bulky and didn't allow adaption to different temperatures.

    - Room was nice - staff friendly

    Very slow internet - this is for sure not high-speed internet, skype, FaceTime will not work The breakfast - hotel offer the same low quality of breakfast as every other mid-price hotel in us, for a hotel which request 145-165$ for a room should serve also an appropriate breakfast - in Europe no Hotel would offer such a breakfast even not the cheap ones. Is there no chance to order daily fresh bread - to offer daily fresh cheese and meet?

    It was an excellent night in every way. Teasing fiance this week as we stay at the Crown Plaza in Abu Dhabi and I think the Hampton was so much better...:)

    The very efficient and pleasant front desk personnel.

    The shuttle only came on demand. There was confusion about this at the pickup point with some saying that it came automatically. Eventually. another shuttle from the Hilton group was happy to drop us off at the Hampton Inn.

    Very good place to stop if you need to go to the airport in early morning

    In the morning hours some flights may be heard, but not during the night, no worries

    Comfortable, well-appointed room and nicely updated furnishings and bathroom. Good value for money.

    Some confusion regarding the shuttle service; require some indication of the location of phone to request the service from the airport.
