The lady who worked in the breakfast area was very nice and courteous to all of the patrons. My first call no one could find my reservation. My second call they found it but said it was in a king room. My third call the manager said that he would put me in the suite without the kitchen, when that is what I booked in the first place. The laundry facility was out of detergent, I did not discover that until I spent my money and had to go back to the front desk and request it. The housekeepers never spoke one word to you. They treated my family like we were intruders. We always ran out of towels and when we would ask for more they would say they were washing and they never would bring them. My husband had to travel back downstairs to get them. You advertised a pool and hot tub, but never advised us that they were not working at the time. I was told by your manager that he could cancel the reservation and we could go elsewhere. Because my kids were in my presence I held my toungue. He could hear the dis pleasire in my voice and offered the kids ice cream. Wth I am a aaa employee and work in travel and know how a guest should be treated and your facility is not up to par. We will not be staying there again and will also file complaint with my company

This turned out to be a great location for us who wanted a day at Kemeh bay, johnson space centre and a trip to Galveston. The surroundings were more built up than I had expected full of eating possibilities of all levels. We found the restaurant/ micro brewery opposite BJ's to be perfect for our needs. There was a lovel pool area and a fantastic breakfast every morning. The beds were very comfortable and we had a a tin bedroom with a separate kitchen/ tv Area, perfect if you have little people going to bed first. Really enjoyed his hotel. I didn't like the Waste!!!! But I think that is standard of this kind of hotel especially in Texas. It was plastic throw away cups/plates/cutlery every time!!!

Very clean comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff and in a perfect location. Enjoyed shopping and dining nearby. Great experience!
