Clean and fresh. Staff was very nice and professional. I really like the daily exchange of linnen, especially the duvets. Most hotels do not do this! Sharon was very responsive in correcting my bill when the dayshift front desk clerk, (a portly male) gave me the runaround regarding my HH price for valet parking. The parking sucks. Blighted area, on the outskirts of Burbank, bordering "Gangland" Sunland and North Hollywood. Cars parked on the street very likely to get burglarized. I'm a retired Burbank Police Captain and very familiar with the crime trends in the area. Crooks prey on rental cars because they know the victims will most likely not show up to court or press charges.

Maybe in different location. This hotel we stayed in charges parking $15 per day, no choice. From 1 to 10 I'll rate this place "3".

I wasn't aware I'd be having the addtional expense of parking I acted unfairly to the staff who had no part in the charges I apologized but still. Your booking should have brought that to the forefront

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. Thought it was a bit over priced. The food at the breakfast buffet was horrible.

The room and the hotel are very nice, clean and comfortable. We had a bad surprise in the morning when we found on the floor near the door a paper which said that we have to pay 16.50$for valet parking.We went to the front desk staff and showed our reservation which included free parking.The first lady said unwillingly that it will be o.k and the second lady gave us at least a paper to confirm that we don't have to pay but she was quite angry and not pleasant.

I stayed one night at the Hampton Inn after dropping my daughter off at camp. It was perfect, exactly what I needed, right down to the warm cookies at check-in. The valet held my car for me while I checked in so I could return it to the airport, and they sent the shuttle for me right away to pick me up. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and breakfast was perfect with those delicious huge Belgian waffles! I could've stayed much longer. As far as I could tell the hotel is not within walking distance to anything interesting, but it was minutes away from the Burbank airport which is why I stayed there. I didn't have time for exploring anyway so it didn't bother me.

Clean and adiquate Didn't make the required valet parking obvious or the $15 per night. I suspect it is in the fine print so shame on me. I've learned my lesson, but won't stay at this property again.

Simplesmente maravilhoso. Tudo nesse hotel é bom. Café da manhã excelente, limpeza excelente, funcionários prestativos, quarto super confortável. A região de Burbank é muito tranquila. De carro tem fácil acesso a todas regiões de LA, muito melhor que ficar no centro da cidade.

I like the stay in Hampton Inn as it is very clean and they have very good service. i didnt like the breakfast as there is not much choice.

The staff was unbelievably accommodating, never hesitating to do anything we requested. The breakfast was scrumptious and well worth being included in the rate. Can't think of anything. Valet parking was unexpected and quite convenient!

The location was perfect, the staff helpful, clean and brand new! While I thought that being next to the highway might be noisy, it wasn't. In fact I slept like a tired dog all night!

This is a no-nonsense choice for the Burbank area. Rooms are good with a fridge and the beds are comfortable. Quiet considering how close to the freeway. Short drive to Burbank restaurants and Warner Bros Studios. Helpful front desk.
