“ They wash the duvet cover before each use of the room. They have feather pillows and you get four pillows. I slept perfectly. If you want a good night's sleep in a hotel then Hampton Inn has the most comfortable bed and pillows plus it was quiet and reasonably priced since I booked a room on the internet. ”

I loved the staff who were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the location was right off highway 40 which made it acessible to almost everything. I was caugt off guard by the amount of hold funds placed on my card. The hotel bill was $604. But $857 was held from my account and I still do not know where $132 went??!!

I always find friendly staff as well as a clean comfortable room. My mom eyes became very puffy from sleeping on the pillows. The pillows are wonderful to me but because of her allergies the pillows don't agree with her.

If you want a good night's sleep in a hotel then Hampton Inn has the most comfortable bed and pillows plus it was quiet and reasonably priced since I booked a room on the internet. a couple workers hanging out in the lounge around 2:30 pm

The beds were fabulously comfortable and the morning breakfast was delicious! The rooms were surprisingly well appointed, clean and the pricing was very reasonable. I was very pleased with pretty much everything. That the rooms did not have a refrigerator.

Very clean, friendly staff, convenient location to downtown Nashville, shuttle service available (for a cost)-have stayed at other Hampton Inn's and will again in the future. They are great!

It was spacious, quite, and comfortable. Staff done excellant job in cleaning room and fresh lennins for the second night stay. Tv controls did not work correctly even after clerk changed batteries first then changed remote. Ice maker did not work first night.

Close to airport Room was okay but desk light burned out had not been replaced....bathroom sink faucet had a drip...toilet ran too long after flushing....seemed like there was a staff shortage...also flour housekeeper knocked on our door and we had the "sleeping" notice posted...she removed that...

This was a great travel experience. Friendly staff, excellent value, and the room was clean and neat. Location was perfect with restaurants all around, and the airport shuttle ran every thirty minutes. If there were anything I would suggest improving on, it would be the breakfast bar. There were not many choices of what to eat and the skim milk was soured. Maybe have more variety to pick from.
