    The location for getting to the Nashville airport is excellent

    The bed was uncomfortable, I did not rest well. I am accustomed to Hampton Inn having consistent great beds. Unfortunately not the case here. Severely disappointed, please get new bedding. Air conditioner extremely noisy when on and disturbing.

    The price was good and they let our whole family stay in one room. Breakfast was good for the price you were paying.

    Room was out dated, with few up grades. No safe. Door didn't lock well. Someone could of easily broke in with no issue. They have signs all over the hotel asking you to give them a 10.

    I loved the niceness of the staff. The lobby was very inviting and clean.

    The beds were so much smaller than the Hampton in Blytheville, AR. These beds were horrible and hurt my back something aweful! It was a task getting up in the morning for my conference each day. The parking spaces need to be enlarged because I could hardly get out of my truck without holding the door to keep from damaging someone elses vehicle. Coffee was luke warm each morning. This was by far the loudest hotel I have visited in a while. I heard everything from scoops to nuts while there. People were running, laughing and playing in the hall all night. Something was running very loadly the entire time I stayed there.

    We really liked the pool and the breakfast. The staff was super nice. We needed a post card stamp and the lady at the desk just gave us one and mailed our cards for us. So NICE! It was clean and the other guests were nice too.

    This was our fault but we wanted to be a little closer to downtown. It was almost 10-12 mins to get downtown but it wasn't that bad.

    Good breakfast.

    Initially there was an error in the booking dates (wrong month) and the sales manager initially tried to get us to pay an additional $100 or so. Was not friendly or acommodating. Left and spent the next hour looking at other hotels in the area. Eventually called booking.com and got a sales guy in the back office who was understanding and acommodating. We ending up staying there. Disappointed the pool was not open. The sales manager and front staff need training on how to be courteous and friendly. Just giving my opinion. Have a great day!

    The staff was very nice and helpful.

    Most expensive motel on our whole trip. Toilet needs to be flushed 2 or 3 times. No frig or micro?

    The usual good things about any hampton. Clean, safe, consistent with how they are managed and kept.

    The elevator didn't work much of the time. We were on the 4th floor... Huge problem. Would like some of the money back. Like one night free. Every time we left or came back we had to carry stuff up and down. Elevator would work and then not or get stuck which was scary so we took the stairs. ALL 3 DAYS !!

    Thank you to Sharonda for securing us a driver to take us downtown. He was excellent and very professional. He picked us up on time, dropped us off downtown and was back to get us within 20 minutes of our call. Great location for us to get around as well.

    The shuttle to the airport was very good. It was very early in the morning but the staff was super friendly. When we returned from our trip a phone call was made and the shuttle was there to get us without any problems.

    Large room with good mattress. Shuttle to airport and friendly staff

    Carpet in room was pulled up. Toilet handle was not working properly.

    It was a nice big room

    When I got there they charged me 300 too much then because of their mistake I had to wait several days before that money was put back into my account...woulda been nice to have that money for my trip..major inconveinience!!

    Location. Free Parking.

    Hotel 'dated' Carpet in Rm worn & dirty. Beds not up to 'Hampton' old standards. Way too many cigarette dispensers outside.

    I liked the fact of being so close to the are port. And having a wake up call.

    The hallways were very noisey, employees talking, and I think there was an employee door around my room that kept slamming closed.

    I liked everything about it. Great place for the value. Very clean. Friendly staff, great breakfast, and their cookies in the lobby were delicious! :) Overall very pleasant stay.

    Great value for money. I have stayed in almost all hotels in/around that area and can honestly say that this hotel offers convenient location with friendly staff, free breakfast, comfortable & clean rooms, with all the right amenities.

    Loved the friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, hot breakfast available, free parking

    Didn't like being so far from downtown Nashville, however the downtown hotels were WAY overpriced. Food in the breakfast buffet could be a little less pre-packaged ("buttery spread" instead of actual butter)
