33$ parking is stiff.
Great staff, clean facility.
I did not like the parking experience. The daily rate was too high.
Great place to stay. We were leaving on a cruise Sunday with a group of friends.
Shuttle bus was booked, didn't know it could be reserved. Had to find our own way to the cruise ship.
Location was great; staff friendly; room clean,
The breakfast needs to be patrolled more-children should NOT be allowed w/out supervision; did not eat certain things because kids touched & put back etc..
Loud music early in the night.
The shuttle service to the cruise ternimal, which is free of change Breakfast Tea & Coffe all day Location within walking distance Helpfull staff Laundery service
Had a wonderful weekend and the hotel was above my expectations. Convenient to the interstate which made it easy to keep up with the class activities.
Price of parking.
The suite's decor was very nice. The lobby and continental breakfast area was large. Relaxed environment and near the interstate. 35 year Class Reunion activities around the city, this was perfect for our weekend.

Not accessible to the street cars
Everything about my stay was superb
Close to Convention Center, Canal Street, French Market. Fantastic Rates, Was there for a convention and watched everyone else from my state wait in lines to get on buses to go back to their hotels while we just walked across the street. Excellent staff accommodations and a free full buffet breakfast. Just a fantastic all around experience.
Only draw back was that if you didn't leave your room by 10:00 AM it didn't get maid service for the day. And they didn't do rooms until later in the afternoon. Had to request service twice.
Friendly ppl informative staff!!
I love everything it was very relaxing
I do not have any complaints
My Granddaughter was thrilled with everything! The staff was very helpful.
There was nothing that was not to the Hampton Inn's highest standards.
We stayed from Jun 26 to Jun 30...never been there before so wasn't sure what to expect but it truly exceeded our expectations. ..our suite was wonderful and the building was beautiful...planning another trip next year and will stay here aagain
Bar prices a little higher than we are used to.... A tad bit away from canal and bourbon streets but once we figured out the street cars it was easier to get around with out to much walking
Food and location Clean room
I booked based on reviews of previous guests. We love it. The room was very clean, friendly helpful staff and safe area. A bit of a hall if your walking to french quarter, but well worth it.
The charmy hall fornitures and the overall stile.
I used a groupon-type service to book the room and I was absolutely thrilled with the value for the price we paid...even after the extra daily valet fees. The hotel is awesome!
The location is a little bit far from the French Quarter and we ended up taking a cab back a couple nights as opposed to walking that distance that late at night. That is absolutely the only (not really even) negative thing I could possibly say about this lovely place.
The Staff were ever so accommodating to our needs and ever ever so friendly
lack of Anyone at the Information Desk
The staff was very attentive to our needs, and responded quickly. The bartender in the lounge was amazing in both conversation and her ability to make a good drink. The beds were very, very comfortable.
There was a bit of obvious wear to the rooms, such as areas lacking paint. The cooling unit in the room also had an issue, and the shower was leaking into the closet. While the description says it is 8 blocks from the French Quarter, this is true, but it is a long 8 blocks. You will either be walking for nearly an hour to get there, or taking a cab.
The room was excellent! Great view of Nola skyline. Cab - $8 for French quarter
Good hospitality of staff...great food ...coffee and facilities ...it was one of the best hotels i ve stayed ar
