Breakfast choices, comfy bed
Check in is the most crucial experience. Felt rushed by the receptionist when I asked her questions about the shuttle. She told me where breakfast was and the elevators but failed to tell me I was in a different building. The cleaning staff did. I also didn't receive my goodie bag like others. Location is a walk from everything but the convention center.
Great location to the convention center. Terrific free breakfast.
WiFi was very slow
I love the location The staff is really nice
You have to be careful when I try to check in they don't have my reservation anywhere I have to show my email to get it. hen you do you reservation it never tell you the payment for parking is extra.
The location was great and the breakfast bountiful. The staff in the lobby were courteous.
The lighting in the suite was dim and one of the ceiling light was out. The kitchen floor was not as clean as it should have been and the tile floor in the brdroom/bath area was sticky though it looked clean. It was also hard to regulate the heat. It was cold in the kitchen/living areas while quite warm in the bedroom.
The location, the friendly employees and the food.
The long walk to the room
The service was great. They were very helpful getting us to the cruise lines.
The old world charm of the facility.
I did not like the attitude of the front desk representative (Ciera); I believe this is the spelling of her name. Everything else was wonderful.
Location good for ww2 museum
Wifi not good or reliable. We ordered a suite: what showed on the website and what we got were very different. Not what I'd call a suite at all--we ended up having to buy another room. Not sure I would stay again based on this issue.
Nothing at all!
Close to cruse terminal, good breakfast, good room, nice service
Rooms are cleans, comfortable bed.
Parking is expensive and the front desk customer services are not really nice.
Very comfortable hotel, great staff and convenient location
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was really big and the breakfast was good as well.
The staff was great. In walking distance to all attractions. Close to cruise ships. Overall great location and room
Very helpful staff, building and decor perfect for area. Great choices of breakfast foods. Coffee or hot water always available to enjoy after a tour of the town.
Location was great Room was clean No sound from other guests Fitness Center Breakfast although not what I eat
My booking.com reservation was not on file with the hotel. I had a printed confirmation and they provided me with a room. Took a couple of hours to resolve.
This was the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. Comfortable, clean, gorgeous. Loved the high ceilings.
Travel for an extended weekend with my sister. We were on a tight budget. We were looking for a budget friendly, clean and safe location. This place met our expectations. The property is about one mile from the French Quarter but it is an easy walk. Also the street car is not far away. Breakfast was good. They offered variety each day. Would stay again.
Bang for the Buck
Everything fine for what I payed.
Location was in convenient to most areas in New Orleans either by walking, street car or cab
We had issues with prepaid reservations that were changed. Even though I called the hotel directly to change the reservation, they charged me for the old reservation and the new reservation.
We needed to board our pet
33$ parking is stiff.
Great staff, clean facility.
I did not like the parking experience. The daily rate was too high.
Great place to stay. We were leaving on a cruise Sunday with a group of friends.
Shuttle bus was booked, didn't know it could be reserved. Had to find our own way to the cruise ship.
