Our visit was excellent. The evening staff was very helpful and recommended an outstanding restaurant for dinner. we left and paid for our car to remain at the hotel while we were on vacation. We spoke to the woman working the front desk and she assures us that the hotel's shuttle was in service when our planed landed at 10:50 pm. Unfortunately when we landed we collected our baggage a d called the hotel, we were told that their shuttle was not running and that we could catch the Holiday Inn Expess shuttle. That shuttle had many passengers to pick up for their own hotel that we were unable to get a ride to the Hampton. We waited until midnight and them took a taxi. Our great experience at the hotel was cancelled out by that experience. The a above comment.

Rooms and bedding are comfortable Breakfast has waffles and resh fruit Work facility was clean and operational Pool and jacuzzi were clean but water not warm

Ideal for visiting San Fransisco ,take the ferry just a few mile down the road and avoid all SF traffic.ferry goes to pier 41. Clean room , quiet.Very friendly and helpfull staff.I would book again in the future

Nice comp breakfast, very comfortable bed and bathroom, nice surrounding for walks Room not ready upon checking in, we were in a great hurry and this made for major anxiety and tension. Wife changing in the public restroom! Was overcharged on my credit card without contacting me, not close to restaurants or any local shops

Verbleven in dit hotel omdat het vlak bij Airport Oakland ligt. Het beste hotel dat we in onze reis hebben gehad! De kamer zeer kompleet en netjes (miste alleen koelkastje). De ruime kamer was erg schoon en rook heerlijk. De twee quinbedden waren heerlijk! Badkamer was ook top. Buiten is een mooi bad met hottup, alles goed verzorgd. Prima ontbijt. Kortom een echte aanrader voor een prima prijs!

We were upgraded to a lovely suite. For the price it was lovely The spa was ice cold and although we asked about it every day, the staff never gave us a good reason for it being off, nor did anything to fix it. Also the remote for our room did not work and there were no premium channels (hbo, etc.,)
