This was the perfect place to stay for a business conference. The included breakfast was a fantastic perk and the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was much appreciated. I went to a work conference at the nearby Marriott and for the money, this place was by far the best choice of hotels. The water coolers and complimentary wifi, teas/coffees, fitness room and super clean rooms and maid service was beyond expectations.

The pillows were too firm and large, no big deal the bed was very comfortable and the large soft bathtowels were fine to use instead.

All who worked there were very courteous and helpful. Loved all of the little touches of candy, cookies and drinks.

Ingress from 48th street going north. You had to wind through these sketchy businesses to get onto the property.

We liked the breakfast in the morning.We love the warm cookies & coffee in the afternoons.How close we were to the baseball stadium and how the shuttle would drop you off and pick you up after the games.The hotel and our room were always clean and neat.The staff was so helpful to find us restaurants and shopping.We are already thinking and planing another trip for next spring season and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.See ya next spring.... We were traveling with our 9 month old daughter, and I called ahead to reserve a crib and early check-in. When we arrived our room was ready with the crib already setup.

The beds! And the rooms were so clean and smelled great too.

The front desk staff customer service was poor. I felt like I was bothering them when checking out.

We needed close accommodations for a one night layover. We were pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable bed and room. The early morning staff was great, they gave us breakfast to go and got us to out flight on time.

We were laid over for early flight. We chose this spcefic site because of web site that indicated that there was an on site restaurant which we were looking for so we could meet and visit our son which lives across town. Upon arrival we were told that the web site had not been updated ans there had not been a restaurant there for quite some time. They dis though give us a shuttle ride to an area that did have a rest. Which closed while we were visiting thwn we ended up standind outside waiting for shhuttle. We ended up with all shuttle ride tips to pay 1/4. Of iur hotel cost nore tio do what we thought we would do kon site. We also were thinking that we would have vreakfast in the norning it turned out it. Didnt open ubtil six tge same time as we beeded to leave even though tge diningarea was completly set up we were told it wasnt open for self service so we had breakfast that we planned being included in our room rate at an airport restaurant which cost more again. After all was said and done our room cost us half again the room rate

The staff very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. All round a great place to stay.

They were doing building work to the outside of the hotel.

We stayed there twice - on outward and then on return journey from airport. The shuttle service was excellent for this and other trips within a short radius of hotel. A real bonus. The pool was another plus, refreshing in the heat. Range of snacks in foyer shop was useful and the non-stop drinks availability was a godsend. Hotel staff could meet all our queries on getting around and about the city. Public transport efficient and bus stop near to hotel. We'd stay there again.

Whilst convenient for airport, there are very few restaurants within walking distance. But you can't have it both ways!

I liked everything about this hotel, the suite was great, the front desk staff were very helpful, especially Stephen and Nicki, the pool and hot tub area was a perfect oasis after a week long tour of the Southwest area. Of course, the Hampton beds never disappoint me, awesome!

The breakfast food was varied but mot tasty at all.

It was convenience for the convention that I was attending, the staff were excellent, and they could not have done more when my colleague had to return home unexpectedly stranding me without a car. They are great. The room was very spacious, cool (despite being south facing) and had a lovely feel to it. Strongly recommended.

They were doing construction - but it never repeat never interfered with my comfort (although parking was a little restricted). Do not let that put you off.

Staff was excellent and the shuttle to and from the airport was great! Location was very close to the airport and also close to shopping mall- The Arizona Mills. Shuttle will get you there for free! But please tip the drivers as they do an outstanding job esp. Nikki!!!!! Bed was very comfortable too!

Location was perfect for Tempe Diable Stadium. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, breakfast, clean room and they gave us an upgrade without asking. We were delighted and will stay again. We've stayed at Hampton's before and never been disappointed.

The only thing was the a/c was noisey and had to turn it off at night and the room got a little stuffy.

Convenient to airport and next day's destination. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Hotel under renovation, but did not impact our stay once we were inside.

Looked a bit scary from the outside when we arrived. Was undergoing renovation and we thought we'd been taken to the wrong place.

The people were friendly; they helped us to solve our problem with our flight reservation. We also received good information about restaurants.

I like the fact that it was a short trip to and from the airport. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast layout was excellent for a hotel of that size.

I did'nt know the hotel was under construction, had I know that I would have stayed elsewhere. The carpet was dirty and the room had a strange odor.
