The room was clean and comfortable. The gym and pool were nice as well as whirlpool. The hotel was full but felt like there was plenty of room. The staff was helpful.

I have a thirty dollar charge on my bill and I font know why. I did not watch movies or charge liquor or food. One treadmill was broken and someone was waiting for me to get off.

It said on line .6 miles to pnc park it is def more like a mile I have a bad leg only reason I cared . No shuttle service . Breakfast over too early

I stayed for one night. Vehicular access to the hotel was very easy and close to main city expressways. The parking lot was ordinary but access-controllable. Room was clean and stuff regarded their guests with professional courtesy.

It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was nice and spacious. Also it was in walking distance of the convention center and several restaurants.

I used booking.com and got a good rate, but if not for the discount I don't think I would have stayed there.

the fact that the rates doubled in price. taking advantage of ones who traveled to enjoy an event in town.

The desk staff were extremely courteous and helpful. They presented well.When rainig they offered us an umbrella for our walk. How thoughtful. The outdoor gorounds were in good repair.

Some of the caretaking staff stood outside smoking and one fellow spit on the ground . This was left near the doorway.

At no fault of the Hotel, Road construction made it very hard to follow directions I had from gps directions given to me by my company which got me there very late.... Also would of liked to been able to eat dinner at Hotel with room service

the tv's are too small for the room and the location isnt the greatest for such a great city like pittsburgh.

superb hotel, very considerate. The breakfast is excellent (many fresh made food), nice room (great size bed, thoughtful design-e.g. two phones, both normal and decaf coffee, well-equipped bathroom), boading pass printing machine, etc. The hotel is very considerate of the guests' needs. Excellent!

The Hotel was in agood location in the city. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Overall a good place to stay.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Plastic plates and cutlery.

I particularly liked its central location being a 20 min walk from most of the attractions and sporting venues. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
