new staff, not familiar with how to bill for booking.com. not outgoing. I visit boston every 6 weeks, usually stay there for conveinance and price

Very difficult to find & well outside historic Plymouth

Friendly staff, Free breakfast buffet, Housekeeping always accommodating,location to restaurants and shopping, and close to waterfront while allowing a short distance away for convenience to highways. Cable TV, Coffee and ironing in room.

No mini-refrigerator and microwave in room. Children racing up and down halls at night and early morning. Snow plow at 4am with barely 1 in. of snow, followed by sidewalk shoveling at 5am. People in robes and pajamas at breakfast buffet. Really! Get dressed!

I like it cuz alot room in the room and didn't hear neighbor and stuff housekeeping very nice..

One manger very rude and didn't care I was unhappy . The reason I went was for kids go swimming and no towel in pool area and hot tub not working and when it did it was colder then pool and they didn't care. But one workers very nice about it.

The breakfast on Saturday was good but the breakfast on sunday was terrible

THE bed was comfortable and the breakfasts were great.

I was in Plymouth for a wedding on New Year's Eve. I thought the hotel would be noisy given the night. However, I was really pleasantly surprised to find the hotel absolutely quiet ( even though the hotel was fully booked). It was a restful night.

Disturbed to find a used cup on the sink when we entered the room. Made me think that someone had stopped by to use the room before we checked in.

Location is out off the center, this is fully compensated with à shuttle to the center with flexible departure times. Very Nice staff.

Kein Restaurant / Bar im Haus. Der flexible und kostenfrei Shuttle zur Waterfront kompensiert das nur teilweise. Fussläufig sind zwar einige Restaurants zu erreichen, die Auswahl ist aber sehr eingeschränkt.

Insgesamt ein nettes Hotel, gut ausgestattes und großes Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Hotel liegt zwar außerhalb der Stadt, aber großes Einkaufszentrum und diverse, gute Resaurants in der Nähe.

'Frühstücksangebot typisch amerikanisch und überschaubar. Wegwerfkultur: Plastikteller und -besteck, nichts für Öko-Freaks.

Sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
