I was traveling with my 22 year-old daughter and we really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. The room was very clean and the beds supremely comfortable. I enjoyed working out in the fitness center every morning and appreciated the coffee in the lobby at 6:30am! We also used the business center which was great, it even had an ATM machine which saved the day. The breakfast omelettes and fresh fruit were delicious. The fact that the hotel is within walking distance of RISD was very important, we will stay here again.

My only suggestion is to have a wholegrain bread option for breakfast.

Location and value are superb. Right by a lot of restautants.

Location close to public transportation hubs (Amtrak, airport), proximity to downtown amenities. The staff (desk, parking attendants, shuttle driver in particular) were extremely thoughtful and helpful.

the breakfast buffet was fantastic as it had lots of things to eat. The internet room was accessible and free

The bathroom only had a shower. We had stayed the previosu 3 nigths in NYC and that hotel had both a bath and a shower and my wife after a days sightseeing really enjoyed the beefits of a bath

After a long ride and a long trip tha room was very cozy and the bed very comforting

The atmosphere was very friendly and calm

The warm accomodating staff made this a great trip for us. The room was lovely, with a refrig, a couch and a king bed. Everyone was extremely friendly from the car valet to the desk to the housekeeping staff. Great location for any event at the Dunkin Donut Center. Thanks for a lovely stay as we celebrated our son's graduation.

Location and facilities were terrific as was the cleanliness. Breakfast staff were particularly helpful and friendly.

Would have preferred firmer pillows and and in room safe would be good.

Good value for money in one wants to spend a few days in Providence.

Salle du petit déjeuner trop petite pas de place pour s asseoir ça c est pas top..... Et petit déjeuner pas copieux obligé de demander du pain et des fruits. Payer la nuit du parking pour notre voiture à 25 dollars. 3 jours après nous étions au ramada Plaza à Hartford aucun frais nous est demandé pour le parking. Un hôtel de cette qualité doit l offrir à ces clients vu le prix de la chambre

Room was nice. Staff was great. Close to theater.

Footprint of building very tight. Lobby was non-existent. The view from the window of our "suite" was a parking garage about 30 feet away. The street is narrow and because of the buildings set up there was no cab stand in front of hotel. Had to walk several blocks to nearest cab stand. When we asked desk about a cab they offered to give us phone numbers of local companies. They should have offered to call us a cab. A bit of a walk from most other attractions.

We came to visit colleges, and this hotel was conveniently located within walking distance. The building itself is gorgeous -- I believe it started as a church, was later a bank and is now finally a hotel. The front desk and parking staff were very helpful and friendly.

You had to use your room key to access the elevators. I understand it was for security reasons, but it was a bit annoying. Really that was it, though; we enjoyed our stay.

Etablissement tres bien situe dans le coeur de la ville, tres propre et silencieux. Le personnel est a l'ecoute. Tres bon petit dėjeunė.

Comfortable spacious room, excellent and easy breakfast. Good location.

I could not set the room temperature below 65 in the room (this being early spring).

Convenient to a lot of downtown ammenities. Restaurants, businesses, shops, clubs. Everything is within walking distance.

The shower door did not work properly. It was old and rusted and would not slide on the track to close it. The towel bar was falling off of it as well.

We ended up in one of the larger rooms and it was like a small apartment-- very spacious. Never heard a peep from any of our neighbors. Bed was perfect. Staff was very professional and courteous--obviously well trained. Hotel located close to the heart of the city and Brown University.
