Facility and staff were most accommodating. Good value.

The fact that we did not have a bit more time to enjoy the facility. Overnight stay to catch early flight out of SF airport.

The staff are courteous and warm. The service is excellent. We also liked the hot breakfast.

Digital channels not available for 3 days during our stay. We were not able to watch NBA.

Everything. Wonderful staff, room, and breakfast. Once I checked in, comfortable in my room, the staff called to see how I was doing. Never had that before, wonderful. That showed me the hotel cared about me as a customer. Wonderful.

Quiet and clean

Front desk gave wrong instruction to airport shuttle driver. Just an FYI....Hawaiian airlines is located at the international terminal #1. There is also a terminal number #1 at the domestic terminal!

I was looking for a hotel close to the airport for only one night

I checked on -line and I was informed I could add additional beds and when I checked in I could not, we were 5 so we had to sleep 3 in one queen bed.

Very helpful staff, large room, good breakfast, great selection of TV channels, WiFi and parking for free. Some 20min from SFO airport by shuttle. I was missing nothing.

There is nothing around the hotel (ex. of other hotels).

I can only echo what 90% of the reviews already say -- the Hampton Inn & Suites offer good value. The staff were always available to help, the breakfast was good quality and much appreciated, the rooms were clean, tidy and well appointed. I have already personally recommended this accommodation to some of my friends.

It was budget-friendly, but that doesn't mean cheap furnishings and thin walls! Excellent rooms and breakfast. Would highly recommend if you need a hotel near the SF airport.

The location was in view of the San Francisco airport which was just what I needed for an overnight layover. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there were restaurants within walking distance. The free airport shuttle was a great bonus.

I didn't like much. No one to help with bags. In room menu was outdated and when I called the Inn Room menu I couldn't understand the person, no less argue about the menu I was told to use versus the menu that he had. Breakfast was horrible. Van took forever to get to the airport for transportation

Il n'y a pas de salle à manger...on doit donc aller à l'extérieur mais par contre il y a le Marriot juste de l'autre côté de la rue où là il y a de la bonne bouffe.

O hotel está bem localizado, a menos de 10 minutos de carro do aeroorto de São Francisco, quarto amplo, limpo e bom atendimento dos funcionários. Bom para quem procura apenas uma noite para dormir e viajar cedo para o aeroporto. O café da manhã é bem servido e há apenas 2 opções de restaurante por perto se quiser jantar. Internet wi-fi grátis disponível em todo hotel.

O transporte disponibilizado pelo hotel desde o aeroporto é restrito e um pouco demorado, esperamos mais de 30 minutos.
