I liked the free coffee.
The parking, we had to pay for parking so we decided to do valet, we had two vehicles and one was a low car, when we asked for the car the second day we noticed scratches and bumps all over, pretty much almost ruined the trip.. the girl scouts were in town so they decided it was ok to eun jump and slam doors.. shame on you girl scouts.. so we requested a room change , the staff was just not very friendly they were only chipper on the day of check out.. Overpriced,we will book elsewhere..
The location was great and the hotel itself was lovely.
The carpets were sticky and the bed was hard.
Handicap parking limited. Non-handicap cars parked in handicap zone. Therefore handicap patrons were required to utilize valet parking or parking in parking deck.
Loved the breakfast and the staff responsible for the breakfast area. Never seen a more attentive staff. Two Thumbs Up!
Pillowcase was losing cotton!
Did not know we HAD to pay for parking
Professional and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room.I have a bad back and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a great experience. We will return in the future
Lived the location. Been to Savannah at least 29 times but being in the heart of the city was awesome!
Paying for parking; hated it but at least in and out was allowed.
I changed the arrival date twice, checking in, we were greeted by the same women I talked with on the phone, Kwinesha, she not only remembered me, she reached out her hand and said welcome I'm so glad to meet you in person.....
Easy to find, free breakfast, helpful staff
Housekeeping service negligent one day, but supervisor corrected the situation after a phone call.
Very nice hotel.. Worth the money. Great location, very clean, and the staff was awesome, especially Mr. Kirkland! Glad we chose this hotel. I will definitely use it again on the next trip to savannah
Staff is friendly, good breakfast options, wonderful concierge suggested restaurants and places to visit.
First floor room had a good bit of sidewalk and street traffic noise.
There was no room service, $15.0 a day parking charge
I was very satisfied.
the fitted sheet kept coming off during the night.
Location. Good breakfast.
Wifi very difficult to use. Bathroom could do with updating.
The hotel was well maintained and clean. Nice large room and comfortable bed.
I would have preferred a location closer to downtown historic district
The staff, location & overall facilities were as good as expected. The breakfast crew were exceptional as well as the variety of breakfast food. The room was clean, but the fixtures were dusty.
The shower-stall was in serious need of repair. Cracked and missing caulking and rust on the drain and fixtures and the shower floor needed resurfacing. The coffee-maker was very dirty. We tried to clean it, but decided not to use it.
large room with great customer service
toilet running all night long and the remote did not have batteries when I got there. when engineering brought abother one it was not working either. the third actually worked. at this time I just wanted to get my PJs on and relax it was already 2130!! ( unable to rate the specifics in the room above, but everything else was great
Very courteous and very helpful.
Not enough parking.
Had a clogged sink in the bathroom, had to ask twice to get it fixed.
The room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast had many hot and cold options.
The cost of self-parking and valet seems high for the location, and there was not enough seating for guests at breakfast between 9-10 am. Also, not enough luggage carts for the hotel size - this causes some guests to hog the carts and not share, which was annoying. The only thing the hotel could do to improve this would be to add more carts.
The room was very nice and comfortable. Very clean. Nicely decorated.
The breakfast had very limited selections. No bacon. No gravy. No toast. No biscuits. The only bread choice, if you want to call it that, would be the waffle maker. Which in stating that, the waffle maker was excellent. Absolutely did not like having to pay for parking!!
Paying to park.
The location was excellent, room was spotless, front desk staff was amazing! The hotel sales manager worked hard to make sure that the delicious breakfast ran smoothly, and she actually was helping to find seating for guests during the busy holiday. Best Hampton I've ever stayed at!
The location, staff and complimentary breakfast were nice. We enjoyed being close to the visitors' center and the City Market. Walking to several sites was easy.
The bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was too soft and gave us both back aches. Parking was $15/day, or $20 for valet, a fact I didn't know until after I had booked the hotel online.
