Room was nice facility was nice. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Breakfast items were overcooked and poor quality.

Very clean, except for the in door pool. Breakfast was excellent and recommendation for dining from the staff were helpful It was great being located next to a cvs drug store. I walked there everyday to purchase one thing or another. The hotel was walking distance to historic sights as well. I wish someone at the front desk would have told me about the free shuttles to the beaches and Ogunquit. I drove there and had a very difficult time parking. It stopped me from going back.

When I booked I told them we were celebrating my fiance's birthday.. When I checked in they gave me a free suite upgrade and a gift when we got to the room. It was beautiful and very clean. Would definitely go back.

La Chambre: grande et une salle de bain grande avec beaucoup de miroir, lit très confortable. Déjeuners très bien et variété. L'eau de la piscine brouillé - Ce n'était pas invitant mais la plage était tellement belle et il a fait beau.

The value for the money is great. We had a full suite, with plenty of room for 3 adults. We loved the pullout couch & the kitchenette. The location of the inn is also great, with a short hop/walk to Billy's Chowder House on Mile Road, as well as about a 1.5 mile walk to the beautiful Wells Beach. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here & we will definitely return. Unfortunately, both the pool & hot tub areas of the inn were closed on Easter Sunday, due to maintenance issues & our son was very disappointed that he was unable to use it. Otherwise, the staff was friendly & accomodating & the breakfast was wonderful, with many good choices.
