    Air condition everywhere and much too cold. breakfast only from plastic crockery and paper cups. too much waste for a little breakfast. billing with booking.com/Hapton Inn was confusing - as no receipt was given but amout booked to credit card by Hapmton Inn

    Even though we were a couple, the rest of our family was also there. We had a great time at the pool, and also liked playing cards at the lobby tables at night. Many restaurants near by, and easy off/on to I-495.

    Great breakfast in the morning! LOVE IT! Love the 12noon check out time too.

    Bathrooms are a bit dated.

    Comfortable beds, nice breakfast with fresh fruits, friendly staff.

    Loud aircon in room, luckily could be turned off during night given the time of year, but might be an issue during warm months. Sound proofing not great between rooms.

    Everything was fantastic, we were 22 people and the staff were excellent, very clean with agreat breakfast, will use again!

    most everything.staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, very accomodating. everything was clean and professional.

    the only thing I didn't like was that I could hear the upstairs guests walking around. it was very loud.

    Room lacked fridge and microwave. Room temperature appeared controlled by the hotel, not the thermostat.

    we enjoyed the breakfast menu. See dislikes.

    When we first arrived there was an issue with the room, and the room we had originally requested. We were placed in a king suite (handicapped) and after a long wait the woman at the desk was able to get our rooms switched around with no mention of price. She admitted she made a mistake the first time because she was looking at another file. So again after a few minutes of head scratching the front desk got us into an appropriate room. The room was clean other than the fourth day there, when the towels were supposed to be changed with clean towels. there was one towel with a large brown/red spot that was damp. Now the part that really makes me upset is the fact that at checkout when we were ready to pay they told us they slid a receipt under our door (which we never received). the attendant was unable to tell us how much we would be charged. We originally booked the room for 117$ a night but upon returning home to Canada the total ended up being about $160 per night. for a grand total of $624. Check in and check out were both very confusing and time consuming. I have never stayed at a Hampton inn before, but i can assure you it will be my last.
