The staff was very accomodating & helpful. Very clean room & location was near all tourist attractions. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

No hot water fir the shower but in the sink. Where is the management [Corporate Hampton] to oversee the quality of the redo of the lobby for a hotel that is less than 5 years. The craftsmenship in the flooring is deploriable.

We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and fitness room. The breakfast was also good. Construction on the lobby was not really a problem but guests should know about it ahead of time.

Location on Capitol Landing RD outside appearance confortable access to lobby and eating area. chairs and tables for visiting or eating. The water heater was terrible one morning. either HOT hot or cold not in between.. the scrambled eggs the worst I have ever experienced in 32 countries and all of USA

I liked that there were Williamsburg books and a list of places to eat and also directions. I also liked that there was a nice buffet, which we did use on our first day. The buffet was nice, but if you got there a little later than usual, like we did the day we were leaving to go home, it was very crowded and nowhere to sit. Consequently we went to the local pancake house down the street that day. But that is to be expected in Williamsburg, especially at peak seasons. All in all it was a very pleasant atmosphere.

When we checked in, we were welcomed by the staff, with smiles and very great attitudes. They were very helpful and just made us feel very welcome. The hotel location was very easy to find and close to everything we were visiting. Everything was clean and very accomadating. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

The hotel was close to historic williamsburg and restaurants. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was greatl for my kids. The suite offered extra room if you do have kids along with a microwave and refrigerator. Had a great time and will use this hotel again. I wish they would have had a outside pool, but the inside pool was ok during the coolier months.

I thought it was a great value for the money. Our room was clean and the breakfast bar was very well prepared and you had many items to choose from. The pool area was very clean and it was a quite relaxing area. No complaints it was a very nice hotel.

We liked the location which was close to shopping outlets, Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. The hotel is located in an area which was quiet, relaxing and easy access to major routes. The room was spcaious enough and comfortable with clean linen and a warm welcome atmosphere. The cost was very reasonable and the breakfast food was plentiful. There should be heavier towels in the pool area. They are thin and flimsy requring swimmers to use more than one towel each.

Hotel very helpfully provided suggestions in the lobby for places to visit and to eat. Breakfast room was very busy making it difficult to find a seat - although the staff did open up a meeting room to provide additional space.

My daughter and I stayed three nights in clean, comfortable, and quiet room. We were greeted by front desk staff who provided information for amenities provided. Requesting two double beds in a queen room at the time of booking reservations was provided for us -a great relaxing way to begin our stay. Every morning we were acknowledged by staff who made sure our breakfasts were fine. I would highly recommend my family and friends to stay there in Williamsburg. Next time we travel to Williamsburg, I will want to stay here!
