    Location to the airport.

    No free shuttle and then phone was not working so could not call for a shuttle. Waited over an hour and then had to take a taxi. Good hotel for business travelers not family friendly.

    The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus with Jose was prompt. We also used it to take us to the mall not just the airport. The breakfast was really good as well.

    Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff when I checked in were very helpful and willing to help.

    When I checked out the following morning I was told they could not provide me with a receipt because I used Booking.com. When I pressed them for one (they are the ones who processed my credit card) they said they would email me one. When I got the email the receipt was blank. I have asked for a completed copy. 2 days later and I am still waiting.

    The staff was fantastic starting with the shuttle driver - prompt, friendly and informative. Front desk staff was engaging and efficient. The breakfast attendant (during the week) always made sure I had everything I wanted and needed.

    I would've liked a little more water pressure in the shower.

    Room was fairly comfortable and was updated.

    Had a long delay checking in as hotel was under renovation. Apparently the staff and hotel were unprepared to deal with shortage of rooms resulting from renovations. When I questioned them about the delay in checking me in they implied that it was my fault for not knowing they would be under renovations when I booked my reservation. Overall, the staff did not seem to be too concerned with inconvenience to their guests.

    Night staff was excellent. Shuttle driver and night front desk were personable and helpful.

    Very busy day. Daytime front desk person was not behind the desk to answer questions, but was in front of the desk on a personal phone call, saying, "I hate this place." Meaning? I hate everyone here. Was I upset? YES!

    Location is convnient and good value for money.

    Facilities are old and need much improvement. Furniture, carpets etc need upgrading.

    Everything okay, checking was fast. Rooms clean each day, pillows and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Eggs, milk, cereal, bread, juice the works +24 hour coffee station.

    When I purchased the room on booking.com did not say that Hampton Inn has a $50 hold. After that on the next day found out that Hampton Inn made a $400 hold to my card. If I didn't tell them they will not notice it, now I have to wait a week after checkout to get my money back. Pool was ok just had some leaves.

    The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Each day we were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast each morning.

    I wish the beds were much bigger. The queen size beds fit as if they were full sizes.
