Hotel was very clean; seemed like new. Very friendly staff. Loved that the pool was open 24/7. Good breakfast and I appreciated that there was coffee/tea/hot chocolate 24/7! Lots of fluffy pillows!
Pool was too warm and the chlorine level was too high; burned our eyes.
Right off I84. Modern hotel.
$20 pet cleaning fee seemed excessive.
It was clean and the people were friendly
1St day we arrived we got checked in and keys didnt work, then we found out they were shutting the water off the next day at 11am, then we were awakened after a fitfull sleep on their rock hard beds by houskeeping at 9am, and went down to cold coffee which tasted like unmentionables. Day 2 went better... Still little sleep due to the slab concrete for the mattress but this time we put the do not disturb thing on the door... Didnt matter though cause we were still awakened by the desk who decided to call everyone in the complex at 9am till they found the owner of a pair of keys. First the room phone, then my personal cell phone... Skipped the coffee this time. Cant say Iwould recommend staying. Infact I had contimplated taking advantage of their 100% guaranteed satisfaction to get at least partial compensation for the botched experience... Very disapointed.
They had a comforter on the bed that would be great in Siberia in JaNUary but not utah in August. Tried shoving it to the end if the bed then so heavy on feet couldn't roll over. Took it totally off sheet not enough cover so got blanket out of bathroom not to bad. With air conditioner on 72 when it came on too cold then it would shut off and you would be to hot. no vent fan in bathroom so it steamed up so wife could not do hair. TV had no sleep timer on it so you could set it to shut off if you feel asleep so just shut it off as didn't want to wake up in the middle of the night with tv still going. would not stay there again
The room was very nice and clean on the first night.
After the second night the staff forgot to clean and restock our room. We called the front desk and they were going to send us towels, cups, etc but after an hour we went to the front desk and they had forgot. They gave us towels but still never picked up the soiled ones or empty our trash.
The hotel was very clean and provided everything we needed.
The room's temperature was run by a thermostaut on the wall. We set the temperature to 76 degrees. It cooled very quickly then when temp was met it would turn to heat. First we were chilled then drenching it was so hot. Had to adjust temp all night. Very uncomfortable.
how helpful the staff was. Very clean room. and the fresh and full breakfast.
the location, we were doing things in Logan and Tremonton was just a little far from what we had planned
staff was outstanding. facilities clean, modern and fresh. breakfast tip top, even the "to go" bag. personal notes everywhere with names on them so you have a specific contact person. Had an issue, it was resolved quickly in a friendly manner. Loved the place!
That it is far away from where I live!
I've never been disappointed at any Hampton Inn and their new egg dish for breakfast is outstanding!!! I'd like to have the receipe!
I'm glad we have garmin as AAA directions were wrong.
I thought the breakfast was really good.
The bed was very uncomfortable, the air conditioner was very noise, people in the halls were also noise.
Close to freeway good breakfast exercise facilities
Difficult to control room temperature with thermostat
The charming welcome and goodbye both visits aat same hotel... We were going to Glacier National Park and return .... because we were to be very late the trip back we knew the Hampton Inn would be wonderful. The Two breakfasts we had were the best of all the other hotels offering such. We plan to make our next road trip next year according to where we find a Hampton Inn..... It's the best. Our Grandson's wife Steohanie Baronek (now Mrs. Buzz Luke Harmon) earned her way through pre-law at SUU by working in the Hampton Inn in Cedar City. Now in law school in OR. We had not stayed in your Inns until this trip. I am 72 and my husband is 80...we traveled 3200 miles in 5 days...Our first day 9/9 we left 29 Palms, CA to Tremonton....the last night before going to our second home which is a ranch in Tropic Utah, we traveled from East Glacier Park (the town) to Tremonton...we left at 6 am and arrived about 10 pm...the staff welcomed us, the room was spotless, quiet, and convenient for us to easily get to.... Many thanks to all.. John and Carolyn Luke Tropic, Utah (summers) Twentynine Palms, CA (winters)
Excellent breakfast with wide variety of foods available. Room was clean and comfortable. Large bathroom, hdtv, wifi, swimming pool and spa were all enjoyed. Convenient location at juncture of I-15 and I-84. Easy access off of I-84. Staff and manager were very friendly and eager to help us in anyway possible.
There was a terrible smell in the hallway when we first arrived. The staff took care of it immediately and there was no repeat problem.
