Hampton Inn Tucson-Airport    

The staff was awesome and helpful and always friendly. They always went above and beyond what was expected. The room was clean and fun to stay in. The weight room was great with very professional equipment.

The jacuzzi didn't work.

Location. Proximity to airport. Mini fridge, microwave. Coupon for 10% off meals at restaurant across from Hampton inn.

Room size........too small and tight. No room to move around, coffee area in bathroom. No recognition of Hilton honors membership. No breakfast bag for early departures.

The lobby was recently remodeled. Loved the modern decor. Breakfast in the morning was excellent considering the room rate.

We stayed at this hotel on Easter, and we were really looking forward to relaxing by the pool. Unfortunately, a large party occupied the entire area from sun up, to pool closing time. Extremely surprised that this was allowed, especially since the majority of the party goers were not even hotel guests. They had large coolers of beer, a buffet, and blaring music. Pretty sure the entire area was over capacity, and tons of them were swimming in regular clothes. Very strange to see so many people with dripping wet, full length, jeans and t-shirts. Disappointed that we were unable to use the area, since we were actually paying guests.*

Breakfast was wonderful. Gentleman at front desk was sooo kind, professional and helpful. ( March 20, 21,22.)Don't remember his name but he worked all three nights that we were there. Recommended a restaurant to us and gave us directions to a meeting place for our friends...

Their very complicated billing procedure that ended up charging more than they should have, and then correcting the mistake with a future credit.

VERY unhappy wwith noise........ room 225 is next to a VERY loud laundry room.. wash machines were loud untill about 6 pm.... other than that nice place...

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was large and comfortable and the price was great.

One of the elevator was noisy and I was afraid to get stacked into it. The gym is small and several machines were out of order.

There was nothing about this hotel that I didn't like.
