Hampton Inn Norfolk/Virginia Beach  

I stayed in room 319 and the space, comfort, and appearance was first- class. It definitely was more than I expected and the first thing I mentioned when telling my friends and family about my trip. I will only use this hotel in the future when I return.

It was very close to the hospital / medical area we needed - staff was helpful with directions - clean and comfortable

Brekfast was good - however, we came down at 8:45 and it was mobbed - we never did get much of the hot food - just to long of lines and people just taking way to much food at one time - but we enjoyed it anyways.

Location was good, staff was very good.

Rooms need to be updated, very dark and smelled of smoke.

Very nice & clean, Breakfast was great @ the employees were helpful.

Staff was pleasant and friendly. The room was overall comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our weekend getaway. The hotel was nice especially since we picked it out over the Internet.

The Internet service was spotty and the signal was weak. Needs some improvement there. Also, the hot water ran out by night, it was lukewarm at best. Again, needs improvement. We would more than likely stay again.

Cet hotel est tres bien .Tranquille .Le petit déjeuner est tres bien ,variante dans les plats chaud presque tous les jours.Les chambres sont biens et propres.Le personnel est tres gentil.Il y a une dame qui parle francais , tres apprécier aussi ,se nomme Maria je crois.A 15 minutes de route de la plage.Ma seul critique serait qu'il n'y a pas de buanderie pour laver notre linge ,doit aller dans les buanderies publique. Mais pour le reste, c'est tres bien ,j'y retournerai sans hésiter.

La seul chose que j'ai moins apprécier ,c'est qu'il n'y a pas de buanderie dans l'hotel.On doit sortir et aller dans une buanderie publique.

Me gusto la estadia y el sitio donde esta ubicado y el personal muy amable.

Deven mejorar el desayuno, y la limpieza en Los cuartos por que Las lamparas estavan muy sucias y las toallas con mucho pelos.

The rooms were too hot at night, even witht he air conditioning marked as Low.

When we arrived following a day at the beach. I was greeted by a true gentleman and treated as though I was a VIP. All of the staff I spoke with were always pleasant. The room was very clean, comfortable with modern, up-to-date furnishings. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Good location, great complimentary breakfast with warm waffles and a choice on other warm and cold stuff. Very friendly staff

Room air-conditioning unit a bit noisy. Free WiFi on the slow side.
