How clean it was. nice breakfast.

Beds were great! Comfortable room, clean and nice bathroom. Liked the coffee at the front lobby very much. Quiet. Would definitely return.

Breakfast was okay for me; I can't eat eggs and both mornings that was the hot choice. Some hotels vary that daily or at least offer a non-egg thing. It's fine though. Really liked the wonderful breakfast room with TV. I would like to receive a newspaper like USA Today or a local one in the morning. Most hotels at this level do. Other than that all was great.

Beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Extremely clean and comfortable. Wonderful bed! Coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate always available. Night lights.

There was nothing not to like.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay! The staff was wonderful, cheery, and ready to help! They gladly gave us directions to local shopping and provided fresh towels after we took a swim. I never once saw the front desk unmanned; someone was always ready to smiling and ready help!

Location, price and friendliness of staff.

Only one thing. The pillows. On a king size bed, I would expect to find at least queen size pillows or larger. The pillows seemed to be smaller than even regular sized pillows.

Location, Cleanliness of Hotel

I was awakened at 0145 to a phone call from the front desk attendant reporting that he had been notified by another guest that my telivision was too loud. I was very upset. When I called the following morning to speak with the manager, I was told that he was too busy to take call but I would receive a call back. To date, I have not been contacted. I will never stay at that hotel again

The kitchen & desk staff were very courteous & professional...they went the extra mile to assist us & tend to our needs. The hotel was beautiful inside & out...a very good value as well.

The only minor complaint we had was there was no refrigerator in our room.

Close to Busch Gardens and outlets. Indoor pool for the kids.

Complimentary breakfast, cleanliness of room and proximity to Colonial Williamsburg.

very clean and new with many amenities. I liked the indoor heated pool with hot tub. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The remote control for the tv would not operate the sleep mode. Also, for some reason, whenever we got up in the middle of the night, the faucet water would only draw hot. In other words, the water was very hot in the middle of the night! Minor issues, but should be addressed.

The rooms were comfortable, clean with good amenities.

The paper cups in the room and no cutlery in the kitchenette.

The suite we had was great, more than we expected, spacious and just overall very nice.

The staff and management did everything in their power to make our stay first rate. The room was nicely kept, breakfast was plentiful and in good varity. The location was very good. The design and layout was very good.

We will not go back for 2 reasons: 1- The control valve in the shower is defective. We could not control the water temperature. First it would get very hot, then cold - we just couldn't control it. 2- the PTAC unit was excessively noisy. I had to turn it off to sleep or watch tv.

The new look, design, cleanliness and newness of decor. Chic feel to entrance, fountain, lobby and crisp, modern and elegant decor.

Close to Colonial Williamsburg. Very large bedrooms (when ordering a double bed rather than 2 x DBs). Very friendly staff. Reasonably quiet location.

Breakfast could have offered a few more choices.

Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Free wifi. Comfortable bed. Location was good. Everything was of a very high standard, and great value for money.

The only thing missing from this very lovely hotel is a safe in the room. If safes were installed it could not be faulted.

Size of the rooms

Bad service; it took two days and several attempts to be able to telephone internationally from the room due to ignorance on the part of the staff

Cant believe that this large hotel has NO bar!! Breakfast was about the same as a 2 star hotel,therefore not good value for money

The staff were very friendly and personalable. I have stayed at Hampton Inns before and the staff have always been friendly; but this time they were extremely friendly and kind. I will stay at Hampton Inn again when we travel.

Could have been a few more choices for breakfast like gravy with the eggs and bacon or sausage.

Friendly and professional service. Great location!! Close to many of the tourist sites. Clean rooms. Good value for the price. Would stay at the hotel again.

The suite was just great, liked your breakfast, the friendlyness of everyone. It was nice to have Nadia at the Inn and also at the restaurant, she is sooooo pleasant.
