Spacious, comfortable, clean. Good price near the airport.

This is the return trip, for flying into and out of Phoenix . Staff were as previously, very friendly and helpful. As we were flying out very early following morning, breakfast pack was available for us to eat at the airport.

Our room was directly overlooking pool. Which is open until 10-00 pm. The loudspeaker was placed directly over our room window, so the burbling went on and on.requested that it was turned off, it was for about an hour and then came on again. Not good when having an early night for an early flight, especially when the pool was not being used! Needs a rethink. Either turn music off or make sure customers with early flights are not booked into these rooms.

Free shuttles to and from the airport and area restaurants. Included a hot and cold breakfast.

The duvets - too warm.

Had a map and good directions available to return our rental car at the airport. Breakfast was good and the room rate was excellent for the one night we stayed.

We checked in at 4:00 P.M. and out at 6:00A.M. The person(s) above us jumped or stomped across the floor from 4:15 to just after 6:00 and again at 11:00P.M. to just after 1:00A.M. The middle of the night running and jumping from bed or chair lead us to believe there were children in the room. Secondly, the bedframe closest to the door squeaks with every turn. And the bathtub drain was consideralby rusty. suggestions as follows; put families on the 1st floor, have someone sit on the beds to listen for noise. remove rust!

Staff were very welcoming, after we had had a long flight. Throughout the staff were delightful. Room was good with all facilities working. Clean and comfortable

I like the beds there are so comfortable and there are always multiple type of pillows. I like the comforters they are fluffy and warm. I always try to book with Hampton your chain of hotels are the best.

Noisy air condition, difficult to control, breakfast not usual Hampton standard, bedding not ironed. No room safe, but safe deposit box at reception.

I was placed in a room where travic awakened me. The hot breakfast was poor. Really need to work on this.

Excellent location for proximity to airport, Phoenix zoo and Botanical garden, and local shopping. Budget-friendly but not lacking in staff professionalism. Superb free breakfast with excellent variety and well supplied.

We stayed on Sept. 2 as well as Sept. 12. We were very pleased with everything and would return.

All is perfect, the staffs is very kind and gentle, and the room is clean and beautiful, the service and attitude are very good .if I go to phoenix again, I would choose the hotel again.the price is proper.

Everything was super clean and staff was really nice! The beds and pillows were so comfortable, also breakfast was awesome! Shuttle service to airport was great.

There is nothing to dislike.....I rate it as Excellent.

I liked the fact that the employees were very professional and the customer service was superior! The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. I have never had a better stay at hotel and I usually pay twice the price. I loved how they put the bill under my door before I woke up, the complimentary breakfast was actual breakfast and the cleaning crew was cleaning but they were so quiet one wouldnt know unless they walked out in the hallway. From now on if a hotel isn't a Hampton Inn I'm not staying there!

There's nothing I didn't love about my stay!

This is a superb hotel and I can't understand why it is only 2-star. The interiors are new, luxurious and roomy. There is a pool, fitness center, and business center. And the hot breakfast is amazing.
