Room size

The $5 per bag to leave for the day when you check out is a scam and leaves a bad taste in your mouth upon leaving. I will not be staying at this hotel again for that reason.

Staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and patient. There was a problem with our credit card when we checked in and they gave us enough time to sort it out without putting any pressure on us whatsoever. Our room was very spacious (for New York) and clean, two qualities that usually command much higher prices in NYC. What we especially appreciated was the fact that we could use the internet and make local phone calls free of charge!

Breakfast could be better.

This hotel was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. The Hotel was Quiet and the breakfast was a nice bonus.

The only thing I did'nt like was the location, the hotel is right in the middle of china town and although it is easy to get to by subway and bus, the smell and crowds were to much for my taste.

Yes I very much enjoyed our stay at Best Western Bowery Hanbee Hotel .. location was good, room very clean, neat and practical, and your staff were fantastic.. plus the complimentary internet service was a real bonus..

very small room for breakfast, very crowded, plus very limited choice of food

The rooms were spotless if a little on the small side. The bathroom was a good size and well appointed. The bed linen was very comfortable.

The corridors were very noisy in the morning, with doors banging and room service knocking on doors from about 7am thru 10am. As I was on a leisure trip I was looking forward to my lie ins but was constantly woken up by the clatter. Some element of sound-proofing should be looked into. The TV reception was also poor

In Chinatown, not advertised as so, would not have stayed if realised that. There was smell and dirty of streets outside and surounding hotel. Portering system quite poor. Had to lugg all our luggage outside ourselves and they did not offer to even flag taxi for us. Charge of 5dollars per item to store luggage after checkout!!! only coffee maker in room, no tea making facilities as advertised...dont drink coffee!! Could hear people in rooms next to us.

Location was great for shopping. Hotel was very clean and staff were pleasant.

Avoid the lobby floor rooms if you like sleeping in past 5:45 am.. Set up for breakfast is noisy and I was down the hall.
