Nice place in china town, near subway, very clean and NEW. Breakfast was not very good. But was free so can't complain to much. |

Great Hotel - there was an issue which was beyond the hotels control however the prompt action and resolution was superb. |

Good and interesting location right in the middle of china town and little italy. Short way to subway or shopping (on Broadway). The staff was friendly and rooms were clean and nice. I am not a very picky person when it comes to breakfast, but the selection here was very poor. Could have more to offer that jam and peanut butter to put on your bread. |

Very clean hotel with good access to transport. In the middle of Chinatown and close to Little Italy. Bit heavy price wise. Didn't like the fact that they tried to charge an $10 just to book a taxi. |

Fast and frequent elevators! Generally happiest, smiling helpful staff at all levels. Quiet comfortable room. Very little space for breakfast. |

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city; the rooms are spacious, clean, well kept and ours had a beautiful view. Probably the most comfortable bed we've slept in in a hotel in a very long time... Don't expect a big buffet breakfast - it's ok but you'll get tired of the same thing after 2 days. |
