チェックアウト後は荷物預かりに５ドルかかりますが２４時間預ってもらえます。立地条件は非常に良く、近く- の中華は安価で美味しいものが食べれます。室内は清潔で問題ありません。 特にありませんが、バスタブがあれば尚良いと思います。 |

立地条件が良く、アクティブに動くことができました。部屋もきれいで、ベッドは快適でした。朝食にフルーツ- がつけば、なお良いのではないかと思います。しかし、この料金で朝食付きというだけでも非常に満足できまし- た。是非友人にも勧めたいと思いました。 |

Room size The $5 per bag to leave for the day when you check out is a scam and leaves a bad taste in your mouth upon leaving. I will not be staying at this hotel again for that reason. |

The staff were wonderful. I also enjoyed being upgraded to a King suite, which was nice and roomy. The room had refreshingly simple decoration and was spotless - very clean. I felt comfortable staying there as a single woman. Great value for the money. I will certainly go back there when I am in New York. Although I was on the 5th floor, there was street noise at night - but I guess it is next to impossible to avoid it in New York. It would have been nice if the breakfast buffet included more "healthy" alternatives (fruit, granola, fresh cheese rather than packaged cream cheese, etc.) |

Staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and patient. There was a problem with our credit card when we checked in and they gave us enough time to sort it out without putting any pressure on us whatsoever. Our room was very spacious (for New York) and clean, two qualities that usually command much higher prices in NYC. What we especially appreciated was the fact that we could use the internet and make local phone calls free of charge! Breakfast could be better. |

Excellent service, kind staff. We chose the hotel based on earlier reviews, and they are not wrong. It's a great deal in NY. Even the breakfast was better than we thought, sure it is kinda small, but not bad. Say hi to one of the front desk staff for us if you do stay here. His name is Sayed, and we are Sara and Nicklas. It was somewhat cold in our room, and slightly noisy at times from the heater. |

This hotel was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. The Hotel was Quiet and the breakfast was a nice bonus. The only thing I did'nt like was the location, the hotel is right in the middle of china town and although it is easy to get to by subway and bus, the smell and crowds were to much for my taste. |

The location of this hotel is excellent. The subway is less than a 2 minute walk, you can walk to the Brooklyn Bridge easily and also into neighbourhoods including SoHo, Little Italy and the East village. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient - nithing was too much trouble for them. We were lucky enough to get upgraded on arrival to a suite on the 8th floor, so any outside noise was not a problem. |

Chinatown surrounding was very nice, food markets, shops etc. Little Italy restaurants are in walking distance. metro nearby to downtown or midtown and JFK. Breakfast room was too little and crowded. |

Friendly staff, clean, well situated (in Chinatown/Little Italy). Breakfastbuffet all right, but be prepared to wait at while for a table if you show up after 8. We enjoyed our stay there. More healthy choises at breakfast (fx. cereals without sugar, youghurt, whole-grain bread). Thats all :-) |

The rooms were spotless if a little on the small side. The bathroom was a good size and well appointed. The bed linen was very comfortable. The corridors were very noisy in the morning, with doors banging and room service knocking on doors from about 7am thru 10am. As I was on a leisure trip I was looking forward to my lie ins but was constantly woken up by the clatter. Some element of sound-proofing should be looked into. The TV reception was also poor |

Staff friendly, breakfast adequate, rooms clean In Chinatown, not advertised as so, would not have stayed if realised that. There was smell and dirty of streets outside and surounding hotel. Portering system quite poor. Had to lugg all our luggage outside ourselves and they did not offer to even flag taxi for us. Charge of 5dollars per item to store luggage after checkout!!! only coffee maker in room, no tea making facilities as advertised...dont drink coffee!! Could hear people in rooms next to us. |
