son emplacement plein centre de san franciso à coté d'union square le protége matelas qui avait une tache énorme ,le drap dans la chambre des enfants qui était troué et le bruit de la rue puisqu'il n'y a pas de double vitrage !la piscine pas assez chauffé. |

Excellent emplacement pour la visite de la ville. Proximité des transports en commun, des magazins pour le shopping. Chinatown et musé d'art à moins de 15 min à pied |

Le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable, du fait de l'emplacement exceptionnel de l'hotel et du room-service existant jusqu'a 10h du soir. De plus le restaurant le daily grill est excellent et c'est lui aussi qui assure les repas en chambre. Demander chaque jour sa connection payante a 10 dollar par l'intermédiaire de son ordinateur portable. J'aurai préferé internet gratuit sans avoir a faire la demarche en donnant mon code de carte banquaire chaque fois...... |

It was our frst trip to San Francisco - loved it!! Next time we would hope to stay in the renovated section as the old part was nice, but slightly dated. |

the location was perfect for our 2 day stopover in San Francisco before returning to Australia. The concierge was particularly helpful and efficient and friendly the air con was very noisy |

We were very well treated by Shirley who was very helpful and wanted to make our stay perfect for us. We were in a room by the heating/AC unit and there was a constant alarm-type noise. It was sort of a ringing sound. |

The bed was excellent, and I really appreciated the balcony. We upgraded for more dirt? That's how we feel. Your location is excellent, but ... My wife and I spent a half hour cleaning the balcony and interior surfaces, which were dirty! That shouldn't have to happen. |

Great location for shopping right in city centre handy to transport very comfortable rooms and excellent value late checkout available also internet facilities very reasonable. It is not glamourous but it is all you could wish for in a perfect location to visit all the shops, art galleries close by and theatre and has a good restaurant in the complex for breakfast, lunch and dinner, nice cocktail bar. |

The room was clean and roomy. The hotel was conveniently located close to Union Square and the cable car line. The air conditioning did not work in our room and it was very warm. The sink in the bathroom did not drain properly, and would quickly fill up with water. |

Very convenient location to shopping and restaurants plus the convenience of going in and out with your car.The staff and service is very good. The hotel looks a little tired and needs to be renovated. |

The first room we were given was not what we requested....which was two double beds. This was corrected. It was unpleasant to have a lot of long passageways. It was inconvenient to have to leave the car and go up and down and around to get to the registration desk. We got lost trying to find our way back the next day. The room was large and divided into two rooms for the two double beds. The bathroom was fine. The window looking out into an air vent was acceptable. The location of the hotel was its best feature. I do not know anything about guest reviews. |

centrally located ,great transport from here and easy walk to union square the staff on arrival we were given a room with a wall view ,view not as shown on web site told we would have to pay $40 dollar for a better room.After complaining got room for price as booked with booking . |

The old part of hotel was awful bed were miserable noisy, bath room door would not latch etc. I complained and was moved to the new part of the hotel |
