la location e il suo rapporto prezzo avevo prenotato una stanza e all'arrivo mi hanno detto che nn era ancora disponibile e me ne hanno offerta una con supplemento e a detta loro più grande |

Pulizia, la vicinanza al centro città La prima colazione mattutina, che viene erogata da un bar esterbi ma connesso all'hotel. Pur avendo indicato nella prenotazione il numero totale di persone che avrebbero soggiornato (6), abbiamo ricevuto solo 4 buoni colazione al giorno (solo 2 per camera), dovendo sostenere un'extra spesa per le rimanenti colazioni per i rimanenti amici. |

La posizione centrale. Il garage. La colazione. I videogiochi a pagamento. In nessun altro hotel al mondo ho trovato videogiochi a pagamento. I miei figli, abituati ad accedere liberamente, hanno giocato ed io mi sono trovato circa 88 usd addebitati sul conto. |

Very good Grill restaurant attached to the hotel and also, the hotel was in a perfect location, almost on Union Square and close to all transport Due to the popularity of the restaurant there is often a 20 minute wait for a breakfast table - I think hotel guests should have priority as it is the hotel restaurant after all |

the Food available in the Daily Grill was very good but, as are many establishments in the area it was overpriced. The queen room was exceptionally small. i wouldn't not have paid the amount i did if i had know the size! |

The staff is very helpful. Housekeeping works great. The Petit Room is really really small - not suitable for 2 people. Luckily we were able to upgrade for 30 USD per night. |

The location. The room was not clean, there was dust on the furniture. The supply of the shampoo and conditioner was not sealed for people protection. |
