at homeな雰囲気で過ごすことができた。機会があったら、もう一度、このホテルに滞在してみたい レストランで一回、不快な思いをしたが、そのほかはfriendlyでたいへん快適に過ごすことができた |

The room was clean and roomy. The hotel was conveniently located close to Union Square and the cable car line. The air conditioning did not work in our room and it was very warm. The sink in the bathroom did not drain properly, and would quickly fill up with water. |

Very convenient location to shopping and restaurants plus the convenience of going in and out with your car.The staff and service is very good. The hotel looks a little tired and needs to be renovated. |

The first room we were given was not what we requested....which was two double beds. This was corrected. It was unpleasant to have a lot of long passageways. It was inconvenient to have to leave the car and go up and down and around to get to the registration desk. We got lost trying to find our way back the next day. The room was large and divided into two rooms for the two double beds. The bathroom was fine. The window looking out into an air vent was acceptable. The location of the hotel was its best feature. I do not know anything about guest reviews. |

centrally located ,great transport from here and easy walk to union square the staff on arrival we were given a room with a wall view ,view not as shown on web site told we would have to pay $40 dollar for a better room.After complaining got room for price as booked with booking . |

The old part of hotel was awful bed were miserable noisy, bath room door would not latch etc. I complained and was moved to the new part of the hotel |

Very good Grill restaurant attached to the hotel and also, the hotel was in a perfect location, almost on Union Square and close to all transport Due to the popularity of the restaurant there is often a 20 minute wait for a breakfast table - I think hotel guests should have priority as it is the hotel restaurant after all |

the Food available in the Daily Grill was very good but, as are many establishments in the area it was overpriced. The queen room was exceptionally small. i wouldn't not have paid the amount i did if i had know the size! |
