Very homelike atmosphere. The rooms are very pretty, clean and co.fortable
Nothing bad to say about it.
Location ,calm ans spacious
The woman who was in charge after hours.
Room was a bit hot and AC did not help much
Very poor Wi-Fi communication
This is a very clean appartment
Noisy Neighbors, despite the huge space, the bed was to close from Windows (to much outside light), cutlery for one person...the adress is not to be seen from the road.
place definitely needs updating. tripped into lobby(needs to be painted yellow or red or contrasting color of wall under threshold). tripped into elevator twice because of unevenness.
spacious rooms full size refrigerator and freezer large bathrooms plenty of storage space cleanliness
no hair dryer
good value for your money. Right off the highway.
WiFi connection was very sporatic- basically worked in the hall!
Price and room size
Location from downtown too far to walk, but easy access by car
The price was among the better in town and the staff was very friendly and efficient.
The bedding was that of a one-star accommodation. The construction quality was not high, but the place was kept clean by the people working there (who were clearly the best asset of the facility).
The fact that it had more of a home feel than a hotel.
No air conditioning in the bedroom.
The staff were fantastic...we needed another pan, and she provided what we needed quickly. The walk two buildings over to Days Inn was fine, breakfast there was fantastic. We loved the room, my friend got the queen bed and I got the sofa bed...I slept like a log. The maid came in and made the queen bed and brought fresh towels even when we didn't put the sign on the door. It was convenient location, and we were able to get our luggage in and out without much effort. It was quiet at night, close to restaurants and near the expo center. We are staying there again next year when we come for the quilt festival!
great price, breakfast at days inn next door, friendly staff
conveniently located - very quick to UVM spacious & well-equipped accommodations breakfast & pool privileges next door
nothing really stands out as problematic
Employees were extremely kind and helpful. Always smiled and made eye contact.
the apartment style room was a plus ,although for one night we didn't need it.
The Blankets looked worn and not soo clean so we took them off.
Big suite, enough room, coffee serving all day was pretty nice and appreciated. The staff girls was very good, very good customer service. Will come back for sure. Good rate.
We didn't have enough food for breakfast at Days inn. There was not enough eggs for everybody and it seems like they were counting the quantity they were serving.
VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY NEEDS ALITTLE MORE TLC THOUGHT
We knew that we were staying in a suite did but did not know the extent of the room. It was perfect for what we needed. The staff were very accommodating.
The ancient credit card system. The giant puddle in the driveway/parking lot that was about 3"-4" deep and as wide as the entrance to the parking lot. The bed and couch were very uncomfortable.
Loved the location, right off the highway, close to Burlington, and surrounding areas. Also, super close to down town Winooski, local bars and restaurants. Great Wifi signal. Loved the fact they had a smokers hut, so you don't have to brave the elements, but it's off to the side so you don't have to worry about being too loud. The rate was amazing for the days we stayed. Also, free breakfast was a plus, don't expect a lot, but free food is free food. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. Bathroom was super clean. The people who ran the front desk were really nice, polite, and warm.
The room was supposed to have a pull out sofa, when in fact it had a pull out sofa, and a trundle bed. So there was no space to pull out the couch, and the mattress on the trundle bed was misshapen and hard, and dilapidated looking. Also, we opened one of the draws on the trundle bed in the studio, and it was full of trash and q tips. The kitchen was clean, but needed to be re stocked with cooking ware and utensils. Don't expect to make a lot of things, even though you have your own kitchen cause there was barely any plates or pots/pans/ that looked like they could be eaten off of. The bedroom was basic and the bed was comfy, but there was tons of dust all over the popcorn ceiling and the ceiling fan. This is a simple fix, dust the rooms. It was gross to turn on the fan and see dust and stuff flying everywhere. Also, the people at the front desk are not too knowledgeable about specific questions related to skiing, or the area, but the women over at Days Inn were super helpful. Also, the woman who checked us in forgot to mention that the front door locks after 9pm and you have to punch in a code to get into the building. We found that out from the women at the Days Inn as well, after a close panic attack. We also didn't enjoy the fact the fact that the TVs were so outdated. The rooms need to be updated and a bit more attention needs to spent on cleaning non obvious areas, fan blades and ceilings.
Price. It was clean. Check in person was nice.
The floors are thin and the occupants upstairs were having a grand rumpus till about 1. It was inconvenient at -14 degrees to walk a block to the days in for breakfast.
It was wonderful to have a whole apartment to feel like we were really living in Burlington for a few days, and do our own cooking from the wonderful choice of Vermont products. And swimming in the hot pool at Day's Inn nextdoor was fabulous! We want to return soon.
