The door key systems needs to be upgraded. The key opens the door usually on the 3rd try. This becomes irritating if you're in a hurry. This was our 2nd time here and the door keys are still a problem.

Staff was excellent; courteous, friendly, and professional. My room was clean, comforatble, and outfitted with all of the necessary amenities. Great location - central to shopping, dining, and conference site. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

Had to move to another room because you couldn't stop the smoke alarm from sounding off. The hair dryer didn't work. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. Breakfast just wasn't (serving frozen waffles ugg) . Kids running up and down the halls.

We have stayed here several times and will continue to in the future. Our daughter lives in Hanford and we visit there often.

Really do not like the rooms window A/C system. Goes on and off all night long regardless of the setting

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The lady at check in was extremely friendly and helpful in answering our questions.

Parking lot was small. Truck with tow trailer took 4 spaces which limited parking spaces

Beds to hard and pillows were awful and only about 3 inches thick and felt like little hard lumps of stuffing. The water was way to soft and took forever to rinse off !!!

Priced right at just under a hundred dollars a night. Great location on the harbor right next to downtown, the old ntc in Point Loma and the airport with shuttle service to the airport. Clean comfortable rooms. Adequate pool and spa facilities.

Fridge full of alcohol is unlocked by default. Hidden fees such as 22 dollars a day for parking and charges for even local calls. However, even with the parking fee the room is a value. It's not fabulous, but it's clean and safe.

The friendly hosts, the beautiful room, the very comfortable bed ... and a lovely view from the room - with trees in full blossom.

Close to highway and shopping / restaurants.

The shower was dangerous. No safety bar or non-slip floor as required in the Uniform Building Code. It's a law suit waiting to happen. My wife slipped, but did not fall after her use of the shower.

Better wi-fi than on previous stay. Comfortable bed and pillows. Pet friendly.

Room was advertised for four adults, but the foldaway sofa bed was a single, not a double.

We didn't get the 2 queen room we booked. The king suite had a horrible tiny couch bed and we didn't have sheets for that bed the first night. I was very uncomfortable.

The view of the swamp The room was right across from the elevator so the beeping noise also the room door did not close mesh with the door frame therefore noise and light comes into the room when trying to sleep.

The room was freezing when we showed up. One out of two heaters worked in the suite and the working one was off. There were hairs on the shower wall,

Staff was always happy and accomodating. The hotel was clean.

We were outside the ice cream machine and wondered how long it had been out of order. Also on the 3rd floor there are knuckle marks on some of the doors (as though someone punched the doors), we questioned our safety.

Carpet needs cleaning. TV remote is rather difficult to use.
