Hapimag Orlando - Lake Berkley Resort    

Great place, great service and great staff. If we go back to Orlando we will definitely stay at Hapimag again.

The resort was beutiful and very quite. the aparntment was clean and very equiped. Staff were very plesent and helpful. location is great - about 25 min. to parks, and very close to dinning and shopping ereas. Hapimag is a perfect location for a perfect vacation, highly recomended!

It was very clean everywhere. Great location. staff and surrounding made you feel like you were home. quiet but close to action.

bed were not that comfortable, king size had dips in it.( Body indents)

The heated pool was great and not overly crowded, plenty of space in the condo, close to shopping and restaurants and not too far from theme parks. Parking availability directly in front of the condo was great. Complex was laid back and quiet.

We loved the heated pool, the convenience of feeling like you're home but on vacation. The children enjoyed themselves! The grounds were beautiful.

Beds were hard as a ROCK! Had to sleep on couch for four nights. Kids complained as well. AC went out at 10pm. Called manager but he said it was too late to fix.

We stayed for 3 days. Spent two days at Disney and one relaxing at the condo. It provided for all our needs. We will seek out other Hapimag Resorts throughout the world!

Nice area, good security, has nice lake that can fishing. Near the Disney and other place. Walmart is very near this place.

You need to pay for the house clearing, no matter how long or how short you need to stay there. It's not like the hotel, more like your own house. You need to clear everything by your self before you leave.

Gated with guard. Quiet. Pool area was nice. Complex is clean and well maintained.

These are minor issues but something to work on: Use some touch up paint on the units' stair walls. The bedding in the master had a sagging spot in it. The TV's are a bit dated in the unit we rented. Took a bit longer to get to/from Universal than we had thought it would. Overall it's a good place.

Clean, clean, clean! Very well appointed with fully-equipped kitchen. Spacious, reasonable price; good value. Highly recommend!

Not a dislike for us, but an FYI for some...in our townhouse, bedrooms were upstairs. If you struggle with stairs, you will want to ask about this for the unit you'll be renting.

Everything! - Very clean and cozy. - Excellent service and very attentive - Ticket discounts to theme parks. - Perfect air conditioning temperature. - I'm Venezuelan and they knew perfectly our quota system for Internet and travel. I was offered the chance to use any of these quotas as my preference for buying tickets or paying hotel. I recommend it 100% was excellent! and very economical! Todo!!! - Muy limpio y acogedor. - Excelente servicio y muy atentos - Venta de entradas a parques tematicos con descuentos. - Temperatura perfecta del aire acondicionado. - Soy venezolano y ellos conocían perfectamente nuestro sistema de cupos para Internet y para viajes. Me ofrecieron la posibilidad de usar cualquiera de estos cupos según mi preferencia para compra de tickets o para pago de hotel. Lo recomiendo 100% fue excelente!!! y muy económico!!!

Having to leave

Third stay at Hapimag. Units are always very clean, staff always helpful. Had a maintenance problem on second day of stay and someone was there to fix it within a half hour. Gated community offers a sense of safety.

Units are in need of refurbishing. Would suggest fans in the bedrooms. Since air conditioning fails below 70 degrees, you really need additional circulation in the upstairs bedrooms.
