The location is excellent. The place is spotless and well kept.There was nobody to welcome us in person as we arrived late in the afternoon but we found an envelope with all the instructions and everything we needed. The room was small but well supplied. The breakfast was good but maybe a bit small. If you expect a big B&B breakfast this is not it. It's good enough though to get you started for the day, and they bring it to your room right when you've asked.

Close proxmity to downtown Carmel, restaurants, shopping, and golf. Perfect birthday weekend getaway. My husband could have used a little more breakfast. he is a big eater and since we were playing golf, he felt he needed more "fuel". Portions are fine for gals.
