El comportamiento del personal de recepcion y la gestion general del hotel. Me parece vergonzoso que un hotel tan caro y situado lo que se dice en mitad del campo cobre por el aparcamiento. Tampoco me parece de recibo que despues de haber realizado el pago de la estancia por adelantado se saquen de la manga un "occupancy tax" que me cobran una vez registrado (la reserva decia que todos los gastos estaban incluidos). Ningun hotel de todos los que estuvimos en Hawaii nos cobró ese impuesto. ¿Por qué será que los hoteles más lujusos son siempre los más gumias?? -------------------------------------------------- We did not like the treatment of the recepction personel and the general policies of the hotel management. It is surprising and annoying that the hotel charges you for the parking, when the premises are in the middle of nowhere, and the hotel rates are rather high!. Furthermore, they introduced a so called "occupancy tax" which apparently was not included in my reservation (with I paid in advance, including "all taxes and services". No other hotel in Hawaii charged us with that sort of "occupancy tax". Why is it that always the most luxurious hotels are the meanest?

Really tranquil, not pushy or overstated. Very accommodating. Incredible beach and pool area. All staff very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to adult travelers.

Room Locations confusing. Parking - I got lost ? Bit pricey. Generally tho - - - we were very happy with nearly all.

Great location and good, convenient food options.

Internet was expensive and per device. (Meaning you need to buy separate packages for your computer, phone/ipod E.G.)

We loved the beach and the view from the lobby overlooking all the plants and the water. We loved our bed.

We were completely and totally disappointed in the the seafood buffet which was very overpriced. We treated our friends and were blown away by the price. No lobster? No king crab?

Hapuna was a beautiful, uncrowded place with one of the best beaches on the Hawaiian Islands, two world class golf courses five minutes away and consistently sunny weather. It is a perfect, relaxing vacation spot. The hotel was luxurious without being pretentious and was a very good value for the price we obtained (I believe it was a discounted rate this year probably due to the economy) . Children will love the beach and there is some interesting wildlife around; sea turtles, whales (in season), dolphins, wild turkeys, wild goats and even an adorable wild pig on the Hapuna golf course. A great vacation experience.

Because the hotel was far below capacity only one restaurant day was open and they were very expensive. There was no casual cafe and the golf course restaurant was completely closed! We had to drive to a nearby town or resort to eat most nights. This really wasn't so bad...if you have a car.

Отель расположен на большой ухоженной территории. Просторный, светлый номер с патио, где приятно провести вечер. Прекрасно виден океан, закаты. Большая ванная комната. Очень чисто везде.Каждый корпус отеля не больше 4-х этажей, поэтому всегда тихо и за окном слышно только пение птиц. Расположен рядом с песчанным пляжем, лежаки, зонтики-все бесплатно. Ненавязчивый, приветливый персонал. Очень рекомендую для семейного отдыха!

Дорогие завтраки и не слишком хороший выбор. Отель достаточно удален от ближайшей тусовки- магазинов, баров, ресторанов. Но в отеле есть магазин-кафе, где можно купить самое необходимое по приемлемым ценам. Рекомендую машину на прокат, такси дорогое. Шатлов никаких никуда нет.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la proximité de la plage, celle-ci est propre, bien entretenue et l'eau est calme donc baignable en tout temps! Les chambres sont très propres et confortables.

Nous avons trouvé déplorable que nous devions payer pour presque chacune des activités sportives offertes et l'hôtel manquait de vie le soir.

Merveilleux hotel style hollyoodien . belle chambre , tres belle piscine et plage , tres bon restaurant et personnel agréable .à conseiller

Fantastica struttura con tutti I confort. Fantastica posizione, direttamente sulla spiaggia più bella di tutte le Hawaii. Bellisima camera molto spaziosa con terrazza vista mare (merita un particolare apprezzamento anche il locale bagno)

Internet a pagamento e parcheggio auto un po' costoso.

Die Lage direkt am schönen Strand. Das Frühstück auf der Ocean Terrace mit Blick auf das Meer. Golfplatz gleich beim Hotel. Sehr freundlich.

Es hatte zwar einige Restaurants, am Abend war aber immer nur eines offen (saisonbedingt?). Die Sauberkeit in den Gängen kann verbessert werden (Weg von der Lobby zum Zimmer).
