I was upgraded after my inconvenience.
the heat in my room did not work
Lack of resturants
The casino is great. Restaurants are decent.
Beds are very uncomfortable, Rooms outdated compared to your competition, Rooms are a really long walk from the front desk, $25 each for the breakfast buffet is just crazy. I didn't like the people smoking in the casino. I took my money and left at numerous tables due to this. I would visit again but would probably not stay over night again.
Cost was approximately 25% of larger hotel (Bor Gata), please with cost and accommodations.
Arrived @ 4:30, waited behind over 100 people to check in, took a full hour.
On our return from the not so pleasant check in we ran into a houseperson (Craig) & he was AMAZING! He helped us find our way, then later when we ran into him even got his supervisor's attention explaining our not so pleasant experience. The next day was great - people were more pleasant - smiles too!
Check in (had to walk from parking garage entirely through the casino w/ luggage in tow to front desk). Our check in person was quite unhelpful (actually rude), then even misguided us to the OPPOSITE end of where we were to go to get to our room. then went to have an adult beverage @ 2! of the resorts bars & bartenders didn't acknowledge our presence (waited for 10+ minutes at each). We left hotel very upset to patronage another local casino. Came back & then (see what we DID like)....
Was able to enjoy myself within the hotel n not have to worry about driving under the influence
The fact that I couldn't get in the club due to my expired id, even though I am of age
Everything else was good
No free wi-fi, Iron but no iron board, shower head nozzle doesn't delivers water evenly when showering.
The pool area is beautiful
Accommodation we're superb.
Casino was great, felt safe no matter where I was at in the casino.
I paid close to $250 for a room that wasn't worth it at all. The we're water stains on the ceiling and lamps. The room was very out dated, and the mattresses need to be thrown out and replaced, I feel like I got ripped off!
Great location. Nice hotel room! Wonderful facilities with gambling, restaraunts, and shopping.
Too expensive for a one night hotel stay. Understand it was a Saturday night but it was your cheapest one bedroom two beds room and it still cost $410+
Lots of places to eat! Super clean and comfy!
Really enjoyed the atrium suites.
I liked the bed & tha pool
I didnt like that I called the housekeeper/FRONT desk & told them that my tub was stopped up from the first nyte I checked in; a maintenance worker came up for 3 mins & then said he fixed it but the water still wasnt going down the drain so I had to go to my friend room (who also booked a rm) & shower there daily until check out time. I called front desk again & was told he was going to be sent back up but nobody ever came or gave me a courtesy call
In common nice hotel but not for having fun.
It's nice for 1-2 nights staying but I would not recommend it for having holidays. Lack of guest amenities, paid parking, no good restaurants, far from the ocean and main hotel area.
Actually, everything! well, almost everything, It's location is a bit of a problem if you don't have a car, but there's a shuttle service that operates in most hours of the day - You just have to apply for their Total Rewards club - which is totally free, and you can hop on/off for free.
Getting to the boardwalk takes some time if you don't have a vehicle.
Bed. How clean the bathroom was. hallways smelled good.
The time the room service closes.
I loved the bed it was very comfortable
My blanket was dirty. The hotel was very far. There was money taken out of my account by error although replaced i still had to wait for it
The bed and couch were great.
The lighting, shower, and overall cleanliness of the hotel.
People in the room kept us up all night. Room service was outrageously expensive! For 2 begals, 3 drinks and a side is bacon it was $49.00. Ridiculous! No free wifi!
I like the location.
I think it was expensive for a night without breakfast, pool, gym or other accommodations that can make our stay more interesting.
I like the beds.
I request a king bed and a non smoking room and they gave me two queens bed and they told me the room was smoke free and when we when up it has a strong smell of cigaretes.
I had no problems and that is good
Everything was fine
