Communication between workers and directions to the buses
I always enjoy my stay here. A great selection of restaurants bars and nightlife are a winner.
Every think was veery goog
Because of my debit card I wasn't able to check in and I was stranded there and I had to stay in the lobby with all my luggage and I was sick
Rooms were very clean. Employees were friendly.
check in was way too long!! We waited over 30 minutes before they brought more help in!
The first room obviously had a drunken orgy in it the night before we checked in and while the beds were made up and clean, various body fluids on sofa, carpet and hair on used soap in the shower were completely ignored. Disgusting.
Our room had lots of nats in the restroom. Washcloths were not clean
the pool, staff, and room.
prices of food and beverage
The overall comfort and condition of the rooms and casino were fine. As expected given their nightly rate. However, this didn't make up for the lack of decent customer service.
Upon arrival we stood in line for over an hour just to check in while 5 employees stood around doing nothing. Walls are paper thin, as we had to listen to unsupervised pre-teens scream all night. A call to the service desk to let them know there was no hot water resulted in a maintenance person using his key and ready to come in our room at 2:30a.m. Fail. We will chose somewhere else next visit.
Beautiful luxurious hotel, lobby, amenities. Rooms are nice, restaurants lovely. Casino is very nice (did not use this visit but have in the past).
Harbor tower room was clean, blankets super comfortable but bed was lumpy, bathrooms needed remodeling- plastic shower curtain had visible mold spots. Family pool was closed, adult pool was not an option for my child obviously. Suggestion- if your going to close the family pool why not dedicate a few hours each day for family time in the large pool? AC, you want to keep business fresh? Get with the program and become more family friendly. Stayed in the newer tower last visit and it was much nicer. Don't stay in the Harbor tower.
Was talked to like I was a child. Did not give me what I reserved and told me to deal with it. I will NEVER be staying here again.
The hotel is dirty, the mattress sagged to the center and the walls are paper thin. We had to listen to yelling, screaming, partying women all night. Worst experience at s hotel.
Pool area Casino Shops
Staff was inconsistent, some rude, some nice, a few great. No free breakfast, paper, internet... Bare minimum for high dollar place!
I had a great weekend. The room was nice.
Was a very busy weekend. Staff not sufficient for such a great amount of people. Long wait for restaurants, front desk, etc. Did not have room serviced one day. Locked out of room one night with no acceptable explanation. Staff stressed out and not accommodating. One night trying to valet park and person having trouble with car. Staff just standing around and not helping. Line very long trying to get into hotel. Not very organized when booking is maxed out.
Was very disappointed in room. Not very clean. Closet door could not close because it was so warped. Furniture was old and beds were uncomfortable. Looked like mold almond the baseboard in bathroom. Front desk staff that we called with problems were very rude. I am used to a hotel that is much more accommodation to their patrons. We stay at MGM properties in Las Vegas and are called by name and treated like we matter. Probably would not go back there.
My room was very nice, it was clean and easy to get to. The resort and casino were great. had a great time and can't wait to go back
pay for parking? hotel guests should park for free.
The entire casino and hallways by the rooms smelled like smoke. There was no where to go to get away from the smell. Our TV remote did not work. The door on the cabinet for the fridge was broken. The food was expensive.
Location close to the convention center - a lot of open late places to eat . These were the reasons we booked the rooms - but in hindsight was not a good reason.
I have been here several times over the years with my husband and friends - this was by far the worst trip. The hotel was sold out with party goers, it was packed and crazy, very hard to get around with a child in tow, the walls are paper thin - neighbors next door were very loud in their "activities" and things against our wall moved as a result -took security over 40 mins to come upstairs and by that point it was over - only to start up again a few hours later - very hard to sleep. It was so busy trying to get something to eat when we came back from the competition was insane, couldn't even walk thru the lobby so many people there and they were rude. I would never say this hotel is family friendly at all
The bed and pool were really outstanding! Tbe steakhouse is very nice also, great staff.
Being far from center of town.
The ease of check in and check out nice room clean
The staff was very pleasant, and the restaurants are amazing!
I did not like that I paid extra to be in the Waterfront Tower, thinking I would have a waterfront room, but room 10077 is not waterfront as a matter of fact, our view was of the rooftop.. I was extremely disappointed with that.
