Harbor Court, a Kimpton Hotel  

Location was perfect. Very clean. friendly staff.

No view...room small, but cozy.

Welcoming staff, comfortable bed, great use of space (despite being a smaller room), great location.

Loved everything! As a hotel in the city, all rooms are on the smaller size so do prepare for that; but they had a great use of space to compensate for the lack of room.

Room was a bit small

This is our 2nd time staying here. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We were checked in by Daniel and his dog, Snoopy. They were both extremely friendly. Daniel told us about all of the events around the hotel and made us feel very welcome. We love that the facility is so pet-friendly and would like to bring our dog next time. Far- beyond amazing. Thank you!

Unable to open some windows, but air conditioner did not work properly and one night there was a jackhammer in use on the road below.

The hotel staff was professional. They were friendly without being intrusive. There were excellent facilities in general and a very pleasant lobby for meetings or relaxing over a glass of complementary wine.

Valet parking was $45. I think that's probably comperable to other hotels in the area. You can savy a few dollars by parking yourself at the garage 1/2 a block away

The hotel was excellent! Rooms were nice and clean. We got a room with a view to harbour. Happy hour with good vines in the beautiful lounge was great! Warm biscuits served in the evening made you feel wellcome as well! Would defenitely stay again! Staff was helpful and nice.

Parking is expensive, but that is the same all over SF...

Excellent location right along the Embarcadero (great views of the Bay Bridge). Great design throughout.

Restaurant was loud and a bit overcrowded on weekends.

Room a bit small

I liked the fact the the room had a very picturesque view of the Bay Bridge from the window. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Within walking distance of the Alcatraz Landing tour and Fisherman's Wharf. It was also close to Musuems and Yerba Buena Gardens. Quick and cheap taxi ride to Union Square.

I would have preferred a dining room as part of the hotel rather than making use of the restaurant next door. The outside of the windows to the room hadn't been cleaned for some time. Taxis are not easy to get hold of directly outside the hotel.

For the money, I'd say this place was fantastic! All kinds of complimentary services like wine and beer at 5pm, deserts at night, etc. We we're lucky enough to get free chair massages in the lobby during refreshments hour. Atmosphere of the hotel is superb and the location is unmatched. Stones throw to AT&T park and easy walks up and down the Embarcadero. You won't be disappointed.

Room sizes are a little small but my guest and I never felt cramped. Valet parking is a little expensive, but then again, it is San Francisco.

The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived they were charming, helpful and efficient. Despite the computer system being down so things were very difficult for them, they were so calm and considerate. They could not issue keys so the staff had to accompany all guests to their rooms. They must have been stressed and exhausted but they kept smiling. The room was very well set up with fab dressing gowns and woolly socks and even an umbrella! Happy hour at 1700 in the beautiful lounge area was fun as were cookies and ice cream at 2130. Great location right on embarcadero. The sea view rooms must be amazing as the hotel overlooks the bay bridge

The only negative for me was no hot drinks in the room; no kettle or coffee maker and no nearby source. Also you have to pay for wifi which seems a little out of date.

The price was perfect. The location was perfect. They are pet friendly. The place was clean and spotless. I would definitely go back.. Complimentary coffee in the morning. Rootbeer floats at night in the summer. Ymca next door. Wine tasting in the evening. Room was very small but functional and clean. The area was great.

If you pay with a debit card, they will holf $100 per night plus the cost of your room. So if the room was $95 per night, they hold that plus $100 each night. If you stay 5 nights that's almost $1000 they will hold on your account.. I didn't like that.

Parking charge was very high - $42 plus tax per night second night room charge was $100 higher than first night - when I selected this hotel I didn't realize it, even though the correct 2 day total was provided room was small, but to be expected in inner-city location
