The only problem was that we only got to stay for one night. The room was beautiful and the welcome basket of goodies fantastic.

The room was perfect and the bed super comfortable! I will be back very soon.

The King deluxe room was beautiful. We were delighted with the kitchen, bathroom and walk in wardrobe and didn't anticipate so much space. The breakfast basket was a nice touch too.

I originally booked the West Beach Inn, but I read so many good reviews about the Harbor House Inn that I cancelled my original reservation at West Beach Inn and booked Harbor House. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised at how cozy the entire complex was and how friendly Allison was when she checked us in. When we entered our room we were so happy to see it was just as cute and quaint as the pictures online depicted (even nicer actually!) and we received a huge complementary gift basket of homemade banana nut loaf, liter of water, chocolate biscottis, almond snacks, and several other assorted beverages along with a hand written note welcoming us. It was quite a nice touch and made us feel very at home. The kitchen was adorable and came with all of the necessities (coffee maker, coffee, tea, butter, half and half, jam, sugar, honey, as well as cutlery, pots, pans, mugs, dishes, bowls, etc). We stayed in the Queen room and our bed was so comfy with the softest sheets ever. The bathroom was cute and included a tub so we could soak in a hot bath after a long day. Also, we loved how they offered free dvd rentals as well as free bikes with little baskets attached so we could ride around and do some shopping too. The location is wonderful, close to the beach, zoo, and State St. Where most of the action is. We never drove once and just rode the bikes everywhere! It was incredible and an amazing place to stay with super friendly staff. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back :)

There wasn't really anything I disliked! But if any changes could be made, it would be nice if the tub was a little bigger, it's perfect if you want to take a bath alone, but pretty cramped if it's two people in there!

The facilities were very clean and appealing. We enjoyed the size of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the kitchenette. Being close to the beach within walking distance of the pier and marina was a plus. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was very generous and adequate to cater for my wife's gluten intolerance. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in for years and the free bicycles had the best seats!

The room we stay in was lovely, comfortable, and very welcoming. Definately would stay here again.

Parking was a bit cramped.

Cozy room, complimentary food basket is a nice touch, didn't have to rush out the hotel for breakfast, only one floor so no crowds ,free parking, close to the pier.enjoy the place. The special deal was good, full regular price might be high.

Got unlucky with toilet cloging because of tree roots but staff was really helful.

They had a friendly staff and the extras (breakfast basket, bike use) were a great bonus. The bed and bathroom towels were extremely comfortable.

The parking was a little tight, but they did have parking. The price was little high, but comparable to others in the area.

The room was spanking clean and just one block from the ocean. Our suite had a full kitchen and gas fireplace, our friends' room was smaller but still had the handy kitchen setup.

Everything from the greeting, the lovely basket full of goodies, the free bicycles and beach chairs, nice, quiet, well worth the stay.

It was a great location. We thought the room was like staying at "grandma's". So quaint. Loved the basket of goodies, and all the amenities. Really wonderful spot.

The ONLY drawback was a very small shower.

Wonderful experience, amazing bungalow, most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. Beats Mohonk Mt (my favorite ny resort) for comfort, ease, and location. Highly recommended (unless you are trying to book the same time I am!)

Great location near the beach, wharf, and State Street. The hotel had a very personal feeling - we were welcomed by the aroma of banana-nut bread that the desk clerk had just finished baking for the guests.

Not enough sound insulation between rooms - we could hear the conversation in the next room until 1 AM.

Free wifi that does not work. No internet protection so I guess everyone within the area uses it. So so slow that my computer gave up.

The bed was literally the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in

TV was awkwardly placed so you couldn't watch it in bed without some of the screen being out of view

The coffee wet bar microwave area was pretty dark

Awesome place to stay, comfortable and homey. having options to use the bikes and the beach close by was a plus. Hope to stay again.

The Rooms are great and practical. Nice bathroom and little kitchen too.

A couch would have been perfect.
