Cleaning staff was friendly. Room was clean and spacious. The view was fantastic.
Bathroom was very small. TV was very hard to switch on. Cleaning staff tried to help but couldn't get it to work. Next door guest came to assist in the end.
The hotel is just across from the ocean with a beautiful view. Rooms are spacious and the staff is very kind. Good cost/benefit relation.
A bit far from the commercial area. Blinds did not shut the light out in her morning.
Great price and location. Woman at check-in was super nice. Family friendly. Close proximity to beach area. Contemporary. Parking!
They added so many personal touches! Hand written welcome notes and even a complimentary bday basket and beverages... the receptionist was wonderful! She gave us great advice and was so friendly... the manager Mat went above and beyond to make sure our stat was the best!! Loved this place and will be back next year!!!
The bed was comfortable.
The restaurant and bar were closed for the season which was not included on the website. The ice machine was even off. My courtyard view was of a stairwell. No bus transportation as advertised.
Comfortable room, great location, friendly helpful staff, pet friendly, Keirig coffee machine in room, and clean.
Exterior door painted gawdy color, floor needs mat inside doorway and outside bathroom.
I really appreicated the modern clean design...VERY Nice room...fridge, keguig coffee maker....comfy comfy beds...most of all super CLEAN....rooms are sound proof...the location was supurb...I Thought I got way more for what I paid.....really great place price was crazy cheep for what they provide....I Will be a regular!
What I didnt like is the front desk employee...he was like many others that hate their job....Was like a robot...was like we werent even there....wait he may have said "may I help you" but he obviously didnt really mean it....like ive said a million times "GOOD help is hard to FIND" and getting harder with each generation...sad...
proximity to beach, price, parking, friendly staff
though very clean, not meticulously maintained (loose shower wall tile, big gap/breeze around door), and staff failed to call back regarding item left in room. But it was comfortable, and about what we expected for the cost.
it was so clean
A table is needed in the room
Extremely Clean. Everything was comfy, clean not a spec of dirt sand anywhere. Breakfast $12 @ all you can eat? Amazing price! We did not utilize it as the convention we were attending had it's own continental breakfast.
Employees did not wear uniforms so I could not tell a hotel management from employee. Room shade via chain was broken. It would not raise back up. So we were unable to let the sun in.
Simple, clean lines Good value Nice beach location
Unpredictable timing of room service
When mattress is not good, I have some back pain waking up. It was the case case, not in the other hotels of this trip of 12 days...
Value, friendliness of staff, accomodations, Although It was closed for the season I enjoy the pool, the firepit, free continental breakfast, the harbor across the street and the fact that Harbor Hotel is pet friendly.
Quite honestly, everything was pretty doggone perfect. The hotel itself (decor, etc) the location, the staff (we LOVE Adrienne and Loretta), Friday Fish Fry(WOW WHAT A COOL SURPRISE!) brunch on Sunday...ALL top notch. We WILL be back!!!
The Harbor Hotel was by far one of my best stays in Provincetown. The bed was comfortable, there was an excellent breakfast buffet served for a fee and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm going back again next year!
The walk to and from town was a little long but it was far off the beaten path and very quiet for sleeping.
Very helpful and friendly team running the place & restaurent
Nothing not to like except prices steep but they are everywhere in this location
Breakfast bar, all the space for socializing... FIRE PIT!
Tub didn't drain well.
Beach front... Nice staff... Tasteful furnishings all over ... Decent breakfast .. Lovely suite appointments (worth the extra $$$)
If your mind is not open to 'alternative' orientation/lifestyle ... Stay away from the town in general
Only two of the three fire pit rings were working
Location opposite the beach comfortable bed food was nice and hot at breakfast
Surly front desk staff waited over 30 min at breakfast for service food slow to come out only two people who were rushing to do everything
Close to town. Nice view. Comfortable room, good size.
The walls seemed very thin. I could hear everything going on above me. No rugs to absorb the sound. Was woken up several times by loud people.
Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good.
Our room was not rated "pet friendly" so cost an extra $10. Wasn't even carpet on the floor - so what would make a room more pet friendly? Motel next door said pets stay free - would have saved us $35!! Also, partyers outside our door from 12 - 1AM. Asked the to take it somewhere else where they wouldn't be disturbing someone who was paying to sleep, but was ignored of course.
Location and cleanliness
the dog barking next door during the night
We loved the convenience of being just a couple of miles to the center of Provincetown. Having the room facing the harbor was very nice. It's a beautiful view of the harbor and of Provincetown.
The room and bathroom were very clean, however, it would have been nice if the bathroom were updated with new tub and tile. It looks like some updates had been started but not completed.
