Great location, well priced, well stocked, W&D, WiFi...attentive polite staff, lots of hot water, convenient small deli downstairs.
The repulsive smell of dead animal (fish) which pervades the condo. Told Stay Alfred staff 3x about the dilemma. Had to keep the door open in living room to stand to come home to foul foul aroma.
The location could not have been better; 2 blocks to Pike's Market, 2 blocks to waterfront. Facilities were top class. Really well laid out unit. The help of the concierge left us stunned. He was excellent. Quiet in the hallways. Well worth the stay. We will return.
The on charge for the cleaning was not apparent until after the booking was done.
I liked the location - central to everything, close to business district.
A bit more noise than I expected (although I live in a small town) otherwise the stay was quite pleasant.
In general is clean , location is within few blocks to Bike street , Parking free available under the building . Staff is always helpful for minor issues only ,pri
No air condition , just fan and electricity load is no enough to run both fan during night , I was there during end of July – early August . No room services , no housekeeping , and nobody help you to carry the luggage ,, It is good for long time stay but not for one week or few days . It is a nice place but I am not going to stay next time . regards
Good location! Kitchen, you can cook with the material you bought from Pike Market. Do not worry about being safe, I think it is safe everywhere in Seattle.
Price is bit too high during the summer vacation season. You might need to stay longer period since you will pay cleaning fee no matter how long your stay is.
Awesome location! We stayed for 3 days. Great unit. Well worth it to stay there and park vehicle and walk everywhere!
Our breaker in room would sometimes trip off, If a/c and tv were on at same time. Other then that nothing else was wrong
Perfect location to the harbor, to Pike market, opposite to Art Museum! One block away from Transportation Center.
Location- easy two block downhill walk from the light rail. Easy 3 block walk to the ferries, close to everything - pikes market, pioneer square, monorail to Chiuly museum. Spacious apartment- 2 bedroom 2 bath. King bed with down comforter was so comfortable.
No a/c. Day we arrived 7/1 94 degrees.
The staff were helpful. We were always acknowledged as we came and went. The apartment was well equipped. The location was great and nearby dining facilities fantastic.
The noise!!!!. The open window that the air conditioning hose went through made the outside noise intolerable. A repeat visit would necessitate a different apartment for sure.
Beautifully clean apartment Facilities excellent Location good
It's close to just about everywhere you want to go to downtown. Nice unit with a view of the water, has lots of natural light.
Although it has a view, there's not enough light in the master bedroom. With the $ I paid, there's not a single box of tissue. The shower stall can use a bit more cleaning. You could see the the grout in some areas are dark. Clorox spray cleaner can do the job. There is no TV in the bedroom. I've stayed in places like this, and it has bells and whistles for the $ you pay for. Also, there are no soap holders in the shower nor the tub.
Location to all downtown events was within a few blocks without driving. Nice corner apartment with balcony. Apartment roomy and quiet except for street noise of course. Paperwork well organized and professional.
Accommodations could have been painted and shower leaking should be stopped as it's creating mildew smell and floor damage. No screen door, missing light bulbs. Although minor upgrades are needed we would stay again!
Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms - traveling with my husband and mother. Great space. Comfortable furniture. Well appointed kitchen for our Pike Place goodies.
Thermostat did not seem to produce any heat. Not a big problem but cool and rainy outside so looking to get rid of a chill.
location within walking of Pike Place Market - good restaurants - nice view of ferris wheel and surrounding area
microwave not clean upon arrival - no air conditioning - parking garage difficult to figure out and maneuver
Everything was absolutely wonderful. I was personally amazed by the view. The time invested to make everything exceptional was perfect to the last detail. I spent as much time, if not more time, sitting on the balcony enjoying the view than I did inside. The proximity to the pier was wonderful and my mother who is in a wheelchair was amazed to see the Sound from the apartment. The kitchen was easy to access and had everything I needed to cook for my family. Next year when we visit again, we will ensure that we book the apartment for at least a week. 5 nights just wasn't enough.
Could use a map detailing the elevators available for use to get to the pier. After the first day we had located them. No air conditioning was also an issue, as the unit gets full sun and the temperatures were unseasonably high while we were visiting. Since we are from Arizona we made use of the fans and open windows and doors.
A perfect location in Seattle to enjoy the city life but also enjoy a quiet residential apartment.
Could be more cooking utensils
Great location Well functioning unit except for blinds missing slats
Sauna was out of order
The apartment was beautiful, spacious and well decorated. The whirlpool in the bathroom was wonderful. Loved the kitchen and it's provided pans. King sized bed was very comfortable. The outdoor courtyard was quiet and lovely. The help staff on the phone were always very kind and helpful. The building was clean and organized. The front desk people were as helpful as they could be when they aren't trained to handle the ups and downs of the rentals.
Misleading website, original advertising site, said that each apt had a balcony with a river and or mountain view. When i made the order there wasn't mention of it for my specific apt and i took it for granted that there would be one. My mistake, but you're advertising was misleading. The top of the fridge, the heater and bathroom vents were caked with old dust. No smoking is allowed, but there was an old tin can stuck out on the patio with cigarette butts in it. Someone isn't cleaning your apt very well to miss that and the fact that there was so much dirt accumulated on the vents. We threw away the can in fear of being charged the smoking fee if someone thought it was ours. The DVD player would get stuck with the movies or music inside and on the last night we couldn't watch one or play music because it was stuck closed. We eventually got the movie out very late. The last morning someone came by to help, but that was too late. It's not a good feature that the people to help us are only on the phone and not in the building. There should be an active 24 hour help line for customers. The pool and whirlpool were far too cold. The pull out bed was sad, old and needs replacing. The parking garage needs to have better signs or the directions from your company need to be better for locating which elevator to use and how to use the FOBs. I had no idea what those were or how to use them until the front desk people showed me how they worked. More luggage carts need to be available.
Great location and apartment
The view was amazing!
To get to the indoor pool you had to go through lobby and outside off 1st street didnt make much sense...
The location was in good walking distance to Seattle Arts Museum, Pike Place, Restaurants etc. So you can literally park your car and walk or take the bus to many attractions in the area.
Make sure that they aren't doing any work in the building during your stay. We were woken up by noise as early as 8:00am because they were renovating apartments for two days in a row.
The bed was fabulous. I loved that your place was walking distance from many attractions. I would stay here again.
Lots of room, nice decor and a fantastic location. Sevice to get set up and arrival and check out were all very efficient and easy. Thanks so much!
