The room was very clean and had boutique designer touches. I liked the exposed brick. The bed was very comfortable, the location in Boston next to a T stop was great. |

We loved the view from room 109. The reception staff were friendly and very approachable. The library and verandah were lovely areas to relax in. We appreciated having beverages available all day/evening in the library. The individuality of the hotel was appealing and appreciated. Only that the wallpaper/paint in our bedroom needed refreshing. |

The location was very good and the room small but very well laid out and very clean. Plus, we had an inside room that was abolutely soundproof -- would definitely stay there again. |

Location was excellent. Architecture was interesting - they have done a great job of converting an old building but keeping some of the character. |

I like the wireless Internet in my room and also the computers in the lobby. The spacious room is comfortable. There is no refrigerator and that is definitely a drawback. |

I sent my suitcase on ahead and the hotel was very accomodating in storing it for me for over one week.. I was in the hotel very little but it was lovely to always have fresh coffee and real cream available.Having the entrance to the t right outside was wonderful. I would have preferred a room with w window to the outside. The "Atrium view" was grim. |

The friendly staff, cozy room, perfect location and value. Twenty four hour coffee and tea was available in the lobby is nice. I would have liked a smoking room, but understand the law. |

Very helpful staff, great location for those wanting to visit historic sights but do not have a car. Convenient to airport via subway ( 2 stops away) . Internet in lobby, coffee in lobby. Rooms large but furnishing sparse. Shower and bathroom very nice. Good value when compared to cost of other hotels. . CD/ DVD player and good TV in room. Need better chairs in rooms, very uncomfortable. No desk chair to use at provided desk. No note pads or paper to write on. Very high hotel tax ( almost 20% of bill) |

Location and proximity to city Lack lustre staff, small cupboard space (could only hold three coats) no fridge, no kettle, no luggage rack, no ironing board (although an iron?) No natural light in atrium room. Overpriced for what was offered. |

we had a very quiet room on the 7th.floor. The situation was very convenient, close to Quincy Market and good restaurants. Robert in reception was most helpful with any queries we had, made our stay. |

The convenience of being being located right in the heart of Boston. Being able to walk and explore the city and return during the day for a courtesy coffee and a rest in order to go out again and experience more of what Boston had to offer. Close proximity to harbour front where you could have a wonderful long walk before breakfast. With four screens provided in the lobby, easy access to internet without waiting. Very comfortable bed, modern bathroom all spotless and you could open the windows! Would visit again anytime. The water in the thermoses was only warm, not hot, for a lot of the time. If it is really cold outside (and it was) a hot coffee would have been welcome. Maybe an urn with a thermostat would be better for continual hot water. |

Great location! When we first arrived the inital person at the front desk was more interested in filling the coffee pot than checking us in. The next person was very helpful though. |

The hotel staff went above and beyond making our stay as enjoyable as possible and the location was perfect. The price was a little high for the room, but the location made it worthwhile. |
