The location of this hotel is perfect! I will definitely use this hotel the next time we go to Boston.
The parking situation is a hassle. It would be nice if they had valet.
perfect location to get around Boston cute rooms and roomy bathroom
would like complementary coffee in the morning.
Location was easy to find off of the Pike and simple to get back on. Located withing a walking distance of everything. Was very clean. Had a good visit.
The Wireless internet was a little weak.
Everything was within walking distance
We had trouble with the TV. But not a big deal
Centrally located, clean, comfortable, priced fairly, nice staff, right at Tstop what else could you ask for?
There is nothing to not like.
Very close to shopping & the Aquarium
Short walk to the parking garage. It was difficult to find the entrance to use to get into the parking garage.
location and price
This is the perfect location for anyone interested in seeing all the major sights in Boston. Everything is either a walk or R ride away.
Very nice room, clean and close to Fanuel Hall and more attractions.
Excellent location room was clean Friendly staff
No coffe maker, and no coffe to be found at hotel at the hours when their cafe/lounge were not open. Hot water in the shower never really happened, just stayed warm
Very modern and clean.
A little noisy.
The location is excellent, on the freedom trail with tour operators across the road and the underground outside. Close to great eating and the food market. Rooms are a good size and comfortable.
If taking the "CABINS" they are in the basement and have no windows read carefully. No coffee or water options in the room, they are hooked up with Star buck so coffee is very expensive and not convenient. Staff are polite, not that friendly.
Great location, polite staff, room is nice
Sound travels too easily because of thin walls. You either get a room that faces the street (loud) or one that faces the interior (which I had) but that's next to the elevators so you can hear everyone talk as they walk by your room. I can also hear guests walking and talking above me because of thinly carpeted, squeaky flooring.
Awesome proximity to the T and my business meeting downtown. Loved the "olde" decor.
Orange air freshener smell in room
Location Location Location Staff
Need to do a daily wifi login Nice equipments but may need some renovations to give a more contemporary look
We were in a 'queen with atrium view'. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the temp controls actually worked. That is enough to make me happy. Large modern bathroom too. At $129 in mid-winter it was a great deal. It is located right outside the Aquarium stop on the T, so a very convenient location. The hotel has a bar and a Starbucks.
The so-called 'atrium' is small in size, really just a piece of the small lobby, and 8 floors high, so looking down into it from the eighth floor is a little scary. Also the 'atrium view' used to describe some of the rooms doesn't amount to much of a view since all you see is the opposite brick wall.
Loved the atmosphere and mood of the room. Enjoyable place to stay.
No free parking
Location and price
Room and bar/lounge, Staff friendly
Food passed into an excellent bar/ lounge, through a hinged door prodded by a broomstick, from Nuncio's pizza joint-sold at a substantial price increase. Food was good- atmosphere destroyed.
Walking distance to Fanul Hall and the North End.
The location for the purpose of my trip was good, it was quiet, the staff was welcoming and helpful, the size of the room was good. It was a pleasant stay.
The lighting could have been better. I wanted to read in bed and couldn't. The channel changer did not go from channel to channel; you had to enter each channel separately.
How the hotel is walking distance from TD Garden.
Absolutley loved our stay! I booked the night so we had a place to stay after the Bruins game and it couldn't have been better. It was so close to everything and the parking was feesable. Definitley will be returning in the spring/summer.
The area downstairs near the bathrooms smelled all the way up the stairs, you didnt even need the signs you could just follow the smell.
city view, higher floor, really quite
no complementary breakfast, but have easy to find breakfast on the street
This was our second time staying here, we love it. The hotel is literally centered around everything: Waterfront area, Quincy Market, and etc.
