Great location across the street from Quincy Market. Very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Starbucks in lobby.
When I arrived there was a noisy party going on on the ground floor, so I asked for a quiet room. But this was an atrium room without any view and it was very hot in there, so I went back to the reception to ask for another room. A receptionist from El Salvador was very helpful, gave me a room on the backside with a fine view, but warned me for street noise. I had a good sleep without any trouble.
The atrium rooms don't have any view, but are quiet.
Not only was the staff great, the location was unbelievable, the room was so romantic with its brick nostalgic feel. Very quiet, very relaxing and I will only stay here upon my trips to boston
the pan handlers outside, that actually yell at you as you walk away should you not give them money.
Great location, perfect for anyone wanting to be close to the water and Quincy Market.
The blinds in the room did not block much light as the windows face indoors and the lights in the hallways are always on.
Accomodations are excellent, decor is attractive and modern. Bed was very comfortable.
Location was premier, and swanky lobby with bricks and ambiance was fun. Room was right sized for short time in it and had a nice table to enjoy city view! Loved 7th floor views.
Great value, great location, great staff!
No coffee maker, no room service
The location is great. Just in the city center.
No restaurant inside, just a cafeteria.
Despite repeatedly asking for a taxi and knowing we had 4 bags to carry, the taxi never came and one staff even suggested using the subway. If they only bothered to get out of their counter and see, then they would know , that was not possible. absolute horrendous staff!
staff was responsive and room was clean
Access to airport is excellent. The subway stop is directly in front of the hotel, as is a cab stop. Staff were fantastic. Room is spacious as is the bathroom.
could have used a softer pillow and, my goodness, the kleenex and toilet paper were scratchy. Need softer. Also would have been good to have conditioner. Only provided shampoo.
There was no access to tea/coffee in the hotel after 3.00pm. Suggest tea/coffee making facilities are provided in the room or the bar provides this.
Cleanliness, convenience, location.
It was close to my office, staff was friendly, room clean.
No onsite restaurant, no room service for food.
the room was great. clean. nice size bathroom and nice shower. comfortable and convenient.
outside the hotel on the corner is a convenient store with "shady people" asking for money when we passed. The lack of security when you enter the hotel was a bit unnerving for me. Since the room was in the center of the hotel, the "window" overlooked the hallway and staircase. A bit weird.
Stayed her once before, ideal location, very helpful staff.
The location was excellent. Staff friendly and hotel has high quality, a nice style and room size .
The bar and cafe prices were a bit steep.
- Huge walk in shower! - Comfortable bed - Location into town - Modern/High Tech look/Feel.
Almost everything other than their Starbucks.....
The Starbucks in this hotel...sucks really..
super fast check-in and check-out. friendly stuff and good location, directly at the aquarium station. also just 10 mins walk to downtown and 15 mins to boston common.
Centrally located near many major attractions Comfortable room with all amencities Friendly helpful staff Nearby transportation, restaurants 24 HR convenience store Great choice for a reasonable price
Room facing atrium was dark and could have had better lighting since there is no natural light coming in
Nothing to complain about!
The room was freezing. The hating was probably not working and there were no extra blankets. When I told the reception at morning they just said "oh yes that room is really hard to heat". I tried to get a hot tea at 11 pm but neither the bar nor the reception could get me that.
Loved it's proximity to what felt like an older and more walkable part of Boston. Lots of very good and diverse restaurants nearby.
We were staying at the Harborside with a party of eight people occupying a total of five rooms. In Canadian dollars this comes at approximately $2000. per night total. One evening on returning to the Inn we went in to the Lounge to find that all tables were empty but reserved. Granted the handler may not have been fully informed but the snooty elitist reception made us VERY angry and as such we will consider saying elsewhere on our next trip to Boston.
