Do not stay in a pool room view unless you like to be woken at 9am by heavy bass from the music. I was on the 11th floor and sleep like the dead but it still woke me. As for the afternoon nap before partying at night forget it. My first room the toilet leaked and the sink plug would not come out so they 'upgraded me' to the pool view room

Convenient to lv Convention Center. This stay was a complete disappointment. My main reason for selecting was because of the pool as my wife traveled with me. Well, the entire pool complex except for one small one was closed. I never knew this at time of booking. My first room was horribly aged. The second room they moved me into was much better but all of the minibar snacks were well expired. I wont be going back to this property.

Nice design room (dark colours) with very nice view and great shower! Swimming Pool is beautiful to look at but very very cold. Eating and drinking within the domain is too expensive.

The Hard Rock Hotel is a great hotel t stay in while in Las Vegas. It is not on the strip, but I knew that when I booked it. It is only a short cab ride from the strip and actually well located. The facilities were everything I expected and more and the staff and atmosphere of the hotel and casino were exceptional. Only slow service from the centre bar. But food menu's and selection was brilliant and the Sunday Rehab party was great fun. I thought the price and value for money were great. Would recommend to anyone. The only problem I had was how often the room was cleaned. I do admit that some days I did sleep in after a big night, but I was there for 7 nights and the room was only made up once. I did call up for the room to get made up on several occassions but nothing came of it. Also the air con in the room is not on a constant. Instead it cuts in and out and sometimes you go from hot and musky to freezing. Could have been operator error but it was a bit unusual.

The hard rock music, decoration of the entire hotel, nice view from the paradise tower, comfort of the rooms, nice pool. Security staff rather rude and unpleasant, hotel is more recommended for young people during the weekend, too noisy at the swimming pool.In room, do not touch the minibar, you will be charged !!!!! and even if you do not touch...but receptionist is fair enough to refund in case of disagreement.

This is a really good hotel with good facilities. If you're into rock and like partying this is the place to be. Also very good restaurants available at the hotel premises. Great pool parties during the weekends!!Hotel also very close to the aiport, so a cab ride is about the same price (>2 people) than taking the shuttle The only downside is the 15 minutes' walk to the strip, buy hey you're at Hard Rock.

The modern design is how I personally like my hotel stays, and at a reasonable price when compared to quite frankly lesser hotels on the strip itself. We were there for ces, and yet the room rate was reasonable without any special discount, the staff was quite willing to upgrade us to a better room when asked (though none of the suites were to our liking) and grabbing a taxi was quick and easy. Like most Las Vegas hotel, it is large, requiring you to walk great distances to get to your room or other facilities in the hotel.

The service and room were great. I find that they are not very transparent about fees. A 2 night stay at $41 dollars a night turned into a $180+ weekend.

The decor is hip and very stylized. The room was beautiful... We were really impressed by the room. The hard rock pool has a dj who plays nothing but rap music! It was so loud my wife & I couldn't even talk without screaming. There were only a few chairs in the sun. We were asked to pay $250 for a bed in the sun! Drink prices @ the pool were $17 each!!!! Maid service didn't come until after 2pm! Staff could care less. Stay somewhere else!

Very comfortable luxury suite for a low price. Loud music wherever you go, gets a bit irritating. Staff was not very willing to give touristic indications or help find our way to the city. We couldn´t find the parking space at our arrival and were yelled at by the staff instead of friendly indicated where to go.

It was a nice hotel and the staff was helpful and willing to help you out with whatever your issues might be The location wasn't to great probably spent more on cabs than it would have cost to stay in a fancier hotel on the strip

The staff was rude- they did not have a record of my first night's prepayment and hassled me upon checkout- it took 30 minutes to get it resolved. The plumbing in the room was in disrepair. There is no bathrobe. Room service trays from guests were left in the hallway for hours on end. The casino and lobby area was very smoky. The comforter was extremely heavy and you were faced with choosing either that, or just a sheet (no blanket). No shoe polish cloth or television channel guide.

The rock n roll vibe is awesome! It was also right where I needed to be as I was attending an even being held in the hotel. I don't like how smokey it is inside, though most all vegas hotels are that way.
