This all-suite hotel on a beautifully landscaped property has an outdoor pool and spa facilities. The hotel is attached to a casino, less than a mile from the Las Vegas Strip.
Score from 3899 reviews Excellent
On the Las Vegas Strip, this elegant resort is home to the famous Garden Arena concert and sports venue. A casino and tropical-inspired pools are also available.
Score from 4016 reviews Very good
This Las Vegas Strip resort is an imitation of New York City known for its 150-foot Statue of Liberty model. A state-of-the-art casino, rollercoaster and luxurious shops await guests.
Score from 3366 reviews Very good
A large pool on the 8th floor features sweeping Las Vegas views at this hotel and casino. A flat-screen cable TV is available in all modern rooms. Fashion Show Mall is 2 miles away.
Score from 5011 reviews Good
No mirrors in the bedroom, no showercaps in the bathroom, horrible soap, terrible smell!!!Hard Rock first and last time
The hotel is quite a distance to the strip. There are complimentary shuttles however, they are only offered until 5pm
room was clean and comfortable
expensive to eat at. casino has no atmosphere. only 1 pool was open, the best pool was shut.
nice rooms not to far from the strip
hidden costs 24$ a day for using the pool wifi and spa (even if you don´t use it at all) 22$ for wifi !!!!!
Not much, the "music museum" on the 1st floor perhaps.
Cut my feet on the corner of a sofa.
This hotel is excellent! The rooms and the facilities are amazing. The pools are awesome. In all, very cool hotel. We didn't any problem whatsoever.
What sucks about it is that it's really off the strip, so plan a ~20 minute walk to get there, depending on how drunk you are. What we did was drive to one of the hotels on the strip and park there.
comfy bed, good restaurant (culinary dropout ) very helpful staff throughout the complex.
lack of card tables open, room very warm and hard to keep cool.
The rooms and the pools were amazing, the bed was so comfy.
They shut one of the pools down when we arrived, it's quite away off the strip!
The hotel is really first class except for my personal experience which was very dissappointing.
Upon arrival I claimed that we had only two glasses total (for four persons). There were broken glasses in the rug by the bedside. Fortunately I was not barefoot. At night the air conditioning went off. the next day my 6-year old grandson's personal pet pillow dissapeared and when I tried to slide the curtains searching for the pillow, the wood trim (14 foot by one foot) fell on my head and my back. As a compensation I got a generous credit in my account of $50.oo. I filed a complaint at the security dept and spoke by phone to the security mgr. and after 3 weeks I had not had an answer from them.
Difficult to get to the strip,on the map didn't look far but in reality was a long walk!
If your looking for a luxurious relaxing vacation, the hard rock is not your place, however the beds were very comfortable. If your goal is (relatively) affordable, off-strip party atmosphere with little to no other entertainment than the HR is for you. I had a good time all in all, but for a lower 30's married guy, I probably should have stayed somewhere a little more age appropriate.
Atmosphere is Super
Staff needs more training
Staff were professional
Beds were very hard and difficult to sleep on. Hotel is quite far from main Vegas strip. Hotel is neither "hard rock" or high end. The bars were full of prostitutes. Expensive for what you get. Small casino.
The bed was comfortable. Nice sheets and pillows. Nice shower and double sinks. Good value for the money.
The decor was too dark. A bit far from the strip. The music played around the hotel/pool was too loud/not relaxing. No laundry facility.
pool hours separate pool for 'under 21'
Really good atmosphere and decor. Well maintained. Good service. Had a wonderful stay here and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
WiFi was a bit hit and miss. The pool party is not going to be everyone's cup of tea.
Large rooms Great themed pool area with multiple pools Comfy beds
Ridiculous in room drink and snack prices. Outrageous room service prices. No fridge for personal use. Not close to strip, couldn't find any shuttle provided by hotel.
We didn't have enough time to explore all the things exhibited for the Rock Stars, but the pool party, casino and the whole place was great. Not exactly suitable for the families I would say.
Paradise Tower reception was empty always when we needed them, so we had to go all the way to the other tower if need something...
Good rock n roll memorabilia. Young crowd. Great staff. Late night partyers,
Did not appreciate late night partyers who knocked at our door at 2 a.m. Or the hall noise that continued until 5a.m.
The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, the pool was great.
Almost every time we went to our room our key card wouldn't work so we had to go to the reception (which is at least a 10 minute return walk) all the staff have a 'too cool' attitude and are not willing to help. Extra fees for everything (eg. $22 for Internet) half the pools are closed, one day all of them for a pool party we weren't allowed to unless paying for, the water slide is barred off permanently. Location is far from strip. People smoke everywhere and cigarette butts float in the pool and are all through the sand. We asked 3 times for a wheelchair for my mothers partner as he was very unwell when we left and it never came so he was forced to stumble to the reception passing numerous staff none of which offered to help. Etc. etc. I will not stay here again.
Nice rooms. Very clean.
You have a minimum consumption of food and/or drinks for a lot of sunbeds. Although during the week pool area was far too crowded. Hotel located a fair way off the strip.
I did not like lights outside room and loud music from the bar At the pool during night time
The room is pretty big. Personal are very friendly.
It's a bit far to the strip
We paid 2 days online before go there.they insist to get second's day money again.Because they were saying that we didnt pay.but we already did.eventually we paid again.
