Bars close to early
When we called asking for help with our music and a broken light bulb in the bathroom we had someone come up quickly and efficiently take care of both issues. Very happy about the service.
We only could have wifi on one device at a time.
Everything but Wifi
Cause it's within the room where as it suppose to work with the property or the entire hotel
Great place to stay, loved the hotel and rock theme
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room was the only downside
Beds were very comfy and the staff was excellent.
Planes were very loud taking off and landing, our sleep was interrupted. Room 253 in the casino tower haas a terrible view
Value for the money. By far, the best hotel I stayed in Vegas, and I been there for least 10 times. Very clean rooms, very big, nice decoration.
Long walk to the Paradise Tower.
The chef in the mr lucky chef Gary made me feel like I was in Vegas. The food was just how I asked an the personal touches made it worth it to eat there several times night after night. Thank you for makin me feel like a high roller, On a poor man budget.
Fridge n the suite but no microwave. Needs a microwave.
All the staff is really helpful and kind, decoration was amazing .
My room seems to be clean except for the mini fridge has empty glasses of wine instead the items that you have to paid for. But no problems at all
Very clean. Very nice staff. Felt safe as I was a single female. Bed was very comfortable. I stayed Monday - Friday and only paid $180. Very good price.
Only issue was its close to airport so I could hear the planes all night. Had a sound machine and I could still hear them. Also A/C was not cold enough. Middle of the night it was hot in my room
The hotel was nice. Our room had an excellent view of the pool area. It was clean and was easy to get a cab or walk to the strip.
It was unfortunate that the pool area was closed. We were not told this which was a big dissapointment when the weather was warm!
It was a great hotel but in the direct flight path of the airport so all night you will hear the airplanes. The room was clean and the bed was perfect!
It's too close to the airport and the planes are very loud
The hotel is clear , staff and value is great because some of friend is too old so they don't like some food in hard rock so we don't have chance to try some of them we will try next time if we have chance thanks
Nothing don't like
The beds were super comfy. The hotel smelled great.
No hair dryer in the room had yo call to get one and it took 15 minutes. Only one bar of soap, really needed body wash, something to shower with. No price list for the refreshments on top of the counter. It was very noisy late at night.
Close proximity to the airport
Walls were thin , couldn't sleep due to noise .
Comfy white frothy bedding, clean rooms. Buzz in hotel but quiet rooms
nothing I didn't like
Our last night our neighbor fought almost the whole night . You can hear them argue & fight through the walls . Hotel hidden fees . - room revenue .
It was a great place with a great price. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was a great place to stay and I would stay there again when I'm in town a little longer to really explore the whole casino.
We would have maybe liked a hotel closer to the strip but it wasn't too big of a deal to drive over and park at Planet Hollywood. It was kind of loud in the room when a plane would take off and fly over the hotel. I would've liked to have a pillow that wasn't so soft, it felt like the pillow wasn't even there or doing anything.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Restaurants and drug stores within walking distance.
It's a bit of a ways off the strip. Did a lot of driving. Shuttle hours end early.
Very comfortable room.
Location (outside of Las Vegas Strip).
Huge suite for our 2 night stay, enormous bath, and everything you need in the hotel itself.
Cost in restaurants was a little expensive.
I literally practically live here... I stay here about 10 times a year and I truly love this place. When the rooms are all booked up, I stay across the street at Rumor. The staff all know me by name, and the customer service is truly professional and they always go the extra mile to better my stay.
The bed was great.
The staff was rude and cold. I orderd room service. My hamburger and fries were cold and my ice had almost completely melted. My curtain would not close all the way which did not make for a good nap. My wi-fi never connected. I had to go done several times and just gave up on trying to connect. My keys were deactivated in the middle of my visit and I had to go down.. Front desk is understaffed, they take 5-10 minutes to answer the phone. Checking in our out, internet or key problems is the longest line. I would not stay there again mostly because I did not feel welcomed.
The hotel is one street away from the strip. We are able to drive to other places avoiding the traffic jam along the strip. Whenever we went to the strip, we would park at Planet Hollywood (which is down the corner) which offers free parking. To find a parking lot at PH may be a challenge on certain days. The room has its own router and the wifi was excellent at all times.
No breakfast offered with the rooms.
- room (clean, size, no typical casino smell) - hotel is well equipped
- casino staff was extremely rude - a bit off the strip so needed a car to get to other places (there might be a hotel bus but did not use)
