Good location - not too far from the strip Lots to do at the hotel Staff are really friendly and helpful
If you want to relax, party or gamble the hard rock has it all! The pool area is amaxing, with a number of pools, you have your pick party pool, lazy river or a relaxing pool where you have a beach in the middle of the city! We got a standard room which was extremely nice and has the most comfortable bed you will EVER sleep in in your life! Also the casino has a large slection of games, table, machines and a betting area for horse races etc! Along with numerious rock and roll items to view! The staff were very helpful and friendly
waitress did not come around much.I was dying of thirst for 3 days
The bed was the most amazing bed ever
Having to pay for wifi
Suite and pools
Nice and clean room for a great price
Rehab pool = too many rules Nothing is permitted Ok if you like drunk in your face people
Pool area, rooms were awesome.
Pool temperature and why does it close so early? Smoking inside, made the casino smell.
My room was located at the 5th floor close to some big fan it was really noisy while sleeping
Rock star suit
Atmosphere was too quiet... It was a Wednesday night???
The rooms are huge and the girl from the front desk gave me a upgrade without cost because they didn't had standard rooms available. The pool. The rooms area are restricted to the guests.
Location. smoke smell but I think that who is willing to book a room at hrh already know about this.
room shops casino
always a long queue to check-in and out
We got an upgrade to a suite which was awesome. Rooms were very clean and nice and staff very helpful and friendly. Didn't experience all the things that hotel had to offer as we stayed only one night. Pool area looked really good. Loved the interior design and rock theme.
A bit far from the strip.
Room was clean. Bed was awesome.
It is far from the strip. Staff treat you like another guest.
Went to see andrew dice and circus de soleil and had great time, and really enjoyed all of Rock and Roll Memorabilia. Great Restaurants as well.
Wish I would have won some money instead of losing all that I did, but that is my fault. Can't really think of things i didn't like except that I wish I would have been comped a free room for the weekend. Just Kidding. Had a great time.
Wi fi is working only into the room
Pool Lots of facilities and restaurants The whole experience
Check-in and check-out were very slow
Hotel is really worth to visit. It is big with multiply services and best pool in Vegas (confirmed by many people).
Beds were very comfortable. Good internet. Nice ensuite in room.
Reception staff were rude. Pool was a bit dirty and food beside it was not good and not value for money. There was a blood stain on ensuite curtain which was a bit disgusting and also location is not great.
everything you could need, clean and luxurious.
Smoking in casino but hey, thats Las Vegas!
Stay in the HRH! The suites are sweet!!!
Wifi was difficult to register and to stay on while there.
The room is spacious and the king size bed is very comfortable for sleeping. Nice attractive swimming pools n casino
No coffee maker facilities for a 4/5 star hotel It is slightly far away from the main attraction at the strip
Room decor is cool. Bed was very comfortable. The Casino tower rooms have little balconies which are great if you prefer a bit of fresh air as opposed to aircon. Good variety of restaurants. Rock memorabilia all over the place! This hotel is off the strip but close enough to walk. Taxi's always available, 24 hours a day. HRH Vegas staff are always friendly and accommodating!
Needed more staff at check-in. Had to wait about 20 minutes in line with only 3 staff working.
Nice room and beds in the hrh tower.
Not enough "FREE" seating by the pools. Plenty of available nice seats if you want to pay the price. Not a soul using those. Had to sit on a towell at the side of the pool DRINKS AND FOOD WERE WAY OVER PRICED. $8.00 FOR A CAN OF SHOCK TOP AT THE POOL. BREAKFAST FOR 3 >$60.00. DIDN'T LIVE UP TO ALL THE HYPE, BUT I'M SURE I'M NOT THE TARGET DEMOGRAPHIC. WON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE AGAIN.
