Score from 446 reviews Very good
Great hotel and staff, with a more relaxed and fun attitude than some of the bigger main strip hotels.
A bit far from the strip and convention center
I had a good room
Airport style security to get to swimming pool (passport/id - we are 45-48yr old so obviously not under drinking age, no e-cig, no open alcohol).
2 big double/king beds in room, spacious room, cool hard rock shop, staff helpful re taxis etc
Expected more and the staff could try and smile a little
James at the HRH Tower front desk was super sweet and the bed was..... amazingly comfortable!
We had our wedding weekend there and our guests did not pass out our welcome bag for our guests staying at the hotel as we asked and they confirmed they would.
Hotel was really affordable, we received a good upgrade on the room and we enjoyed the hotel decor.
On our last night we stayed out late and arrived back at about 12:30 am. When we walked into our room there was a horrible sewage smell in the whole room. The toilet seemed to be running continuously. Also no one had come to clean our room that day. We even talked to the cleaning lady that were outside our room about some need of ours before we left for the day. Nothing had been done. We went down to the front desk to tell them about our room and see about changing. They did change rooms for us, unfortunately they did not have the same type of room for us. Had to move to a room with no view and 2 queen beds instead of the king we had. The front desk told us that they would leave a note about it and take off that night resort fee. When we went to check out there was no note and had to explain to the lady what happen and was told to us. Hesitantly they took off the resort fee.
When we arrive the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was AMAZING. Great bed, huge bathroom and a wonderful bath tub. Can't complain about anything until our last night.
The worst part was when my brother and i were getting ready to leave around 5:30 am in the morning a man opened our door with a key and stuck his head into our room. The light wasn't on in the entry way so I couldn't see what he looked like. But I screamed and when I ran over to the door after he closed it I looked through the peep hole and couldn't see anything. When I called the front desk they did not seem worried about it and said it was probably security. When we walked in we weren't sure if the beds had been made... the comforters were thrown on and the pillows messily across the top of the bed. We were warned about the moth problem but when I went to turn down my bed there was a moth in my bed. Also we tried to get drinks at the Culinary Dropout and the server was really rude and we left.
Close to the airport and ease of checking out.
Our last night we had people in the room next door who partied all night and the noise and smell meant hardly any sleep.
Room was very nice
Wifi not so much free...it's one of the "perks" of your $25/day resort fee. Mildew smell in shower, although room looked clean. $45 breakfast for two every day. No coffeemaker in the room so you get to get dressed and hike through the casino to get your first cup.
Walking distance to Thomas & Mack arena. Very comfy bed, huge room. HRH Tower fairly quiet when other guests not hollering in the hallway in the middle of the night.
It was off the strip quite a ways. Our view was of the parking garage. Also we had some issues with housekeeping and some electrical issues in the room.
The hotel was nice. The decor was great. And the accommodations comfortable.
The the cleanliness of the rooms & the staff
The casino attitude in the hotel staff is probably unavoidable. HRH might consider creating a part of their hotel to cater to UNLV family visits.
My adult child and I were visiting UNLV. This property is within walking distance.
friendly staff & room
Water and other food items were not replenished
had to leave already to early
The pool party!
Staff could be nicer
The suit was incredible. Beds were so comfortable. Bath and shower were superb. Would definitely stay there again
We had to line up for 45 minutes to check in. That was a first for all of us. Then we didn't get the room we asked for. We paid for King Beds and got double beds instead. When we asked about it, we were told we would have to wait longer to get the rooms. up to 2 hours longer. My friend asked for different pillows in her room, but was told they had to be requested before check in. She had to explain that one would not know the pillow types until one actually checked in. So she waited 30 mins, fell asleep, and woke up to a room service attendant inside her room with new pillows, startling her. it was an accident that he came into the room with her there, but still, its indicative of the calibre of the hotel's staffing and how its run.
Good location, rooms were nice enough, free valet and some easy to access restaurants in the hotel complex.
Some of the staff was less than excellent
Couldn't get A/C at right temperature
All of it!
No breakfast, however fine restaurants are walking distance
It brings historical memories back to you, gives you the feeling of real old fashioned vegas
The place is loud and there is very limited options for quiet breakfast.
The pool, and mostly the rehab pool party. Some good and healthy food at the restaurants. Always nice for breakfast after a night out.
The room service was poor and the pools were cold and no lounges to be had. I know you cater to the younger group but the people in their 40s & 50s need a area to go to or I guess just stay at another hotel.
The food at the Pink.
Location, taxi required to get everywhere we wanted
Staff was friendly. Casino rooms facing pool were fantastic.
