We had to line up for 45 minutes to check in. That was a first for all of us. Then we didn't get the room we asked for. We paid for King Beds and got double beds instead. When we asked about it, we were told we would have to wait longer to get the rooms. up to 2 hours longer. My friend asked for different pillows in her room, but was told they had to be requested before check in. She had to explain that one would not know the pillow types until one actually checked in. So she waited 30 mins, fell asleep, and woke up to a room service attendant inside her room with new pillows, startling her. it was an accident that he came into the room with her there, but still, its indicative of the calibre of the hotel's staffing and how its run.
Good location, rooms were nice enough, free valet and some easy to access restaurants in the hotel complex.
Some of the staff was less than excellent
Couldn't get A/C at right temperature
All of it!
No breakfast, however fine restaurants are walking distance
It brings historical memories back to you, gives you the feeling of real old fashioned vegas
The place is loud and there is very limited options for quiet breakfast.
The pool, and mostly the rehab pool party. Some good and healthy food at the restaurants. Always nice for breakfast after a night out.
The room service was poor and the pools were cold and no lounges to be had. I know you cater to the younger group but the people in their 40s & 50s need a area to go to or I guess just stay at another hotel.
The food at the Pink.
Location, taxi required to get everywhere we wanted
Staff was friendly. Casino rooms facing pool were fantastic.
Room and services
Nothing bad. It was fabulous.
The staff upgraded us and gave us the royal treatment.
Room smelt of smoke and some of the pools are way too cold!!!
Pools were great, quiet enough, but not boring.
the vallet guys scratched my car :(
Delicious pool, confort bed and the joint!!!
Comfortable, quiet, and we had everything we needed.
Staff were indifferent. Hotel was filthy.
Loved the music themes. All the memorabilia is excellent. About a 10 minute walk to the strip or catch the shuttle bus.
Staff is Fantastic
Construction early in the morning, can't sleep at all!
Clean and friendly staff and fair price
Got the room at a great rate, and we were then upgraded as well! We stayed in the HRH tower and the room was amazing.
I ended up on the back side of the Paradise tower. Not the best view in the world. I never got the room that I booked, because there was no non smoking king left.
Room was nice, supper clean, and wonderful bedding!!!
the room cleaning staff was horrible we arrived on saturday and they didn't clean our room till monday we asked several times to have it cleaned and nothing happened. then when they did clean the room they left it wide open for anyone to walk in and take anything they wanted. Very poor service.
the pool areas were nice and clean and comfortable
It is off the strip a ways.
We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was amazing, staff was friendly, and the hotel is gorgeous. We are big fans of Hard Rock Cafe also.
Stayed in Paradise Tower, lovely room but beware of pool party is on you will feel like somebody parked a car from West Coast Customs in your room, great if you like base without hearing any actual music, but annoying if not! Also because you are situated a long way from the lobby, be prepared to walk to your room! We would only stay here again if we could get a room in HRH tower as this is much nearer everything.
Room very comfortable and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Avoid The Pink Taco, bad reports from other guests and even staff from elsewhere in the hotel. Breakfast at Mr Lucky's is great and dinner at Culinary Dropout fantastic. Head to Affliction, cool clothes and lovely friendly staff too!
Lines at pools are ridiculous. I see value in wristbands if one is going into Rehab, but to go up to Breathe pool it makes no sense ... And what the heck is up with the music ! The Hotel is the hard rock ... Not hard hip hop or Pop !!' Inside lobby music is fine, but rehab blaring ghetto hip hop is not ok or appreciated.
I didn't really like the check in time I couldn't check in early and I couldn't check out later
the bed was like heaven
