Bez predchadzajuceho upozornenia bola na kreditnej karte urobena rezervacia takmer 1000 usd bez uvedenia dovodu- vysvetlenie slecny na recepcii bolo,ze to vidi prvy krat,ze je nova a ze to nevedela...vysledkom je,ze uvedenou sumou nemozem disponovat dalsich 10 dni - a to sme v hoteli stravili len jednu noc. Ak ku tomu pripocitam pokazenu sprchu a odtok v umyvadle...vyhnite sa hotelu velkym oblukom!

I did order a kingsize room but when arriving I got a room with 2 queen beds.

Too loud. Off the strip.

Too young crowd. Being at the pool was like being at the White Party at the Detroit projects. Music too loud, crowd completely drunk and out of control, even if you had to go through security to enter the pool area.

this used to be my favorite place to stay in Vegas. half of the staff is great and the rooms are fantastic

but they are under new management and it seems that they no longer value loyalty. plus they don't roll your deposit over and often double charge stuff on my credit card. there is still an issue of 250 dollars to settle. and despite the fact that between my wife and I we have spent over $200,000 in the last year they had no problem rushing us out of the room for not having the deposit paid on time. after being there a week.... And being charged an extra fifty a day. even though we had already paid for the room, tax, and resort fee. don't worry, they still charged the deposit to my card.

Restroom sink, water too slow to go down. Only one papertowel in the room, one glass, no door sign, the secuirty lock doesn't work, have to call maintenance to get it fix. Carpet to old slippery I fell causing big bruise on my arm. Even show it to the manager the next day when we check out.

The bathroom sink was leaking.

We liked the upmarket feel and look of the hotel as well as all the amenities available.

We were booked in by a somewhat snooty attendant and it was quite a way away from the main strip but there were no shuttle services after 5pm - now I ask you!

Great pools, comfortable beds, friendly staff, loved the decor in the hotel

Not able to put our own liquor in mini fridge. Had to call housekeeping over 3 times to get an extra blanket sent up to our room...came after 2 hours. The lighting in our room sometimes didn't work (mainly in the washroom)

I enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the location of the Hotel/casino. It may not be on the Vegas strip, but it is easy to get there and not a long trip from this hotel. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the Vegas strip about every 30 minutes at no extra cost. Would definitely consider staying there again the next time Im in Vegas again.

We never felt like we had to leave hotel. All we needed was there.

Being charged to get into the pool/rehab when I already paid hotel charges for two night stay. Should have at least included admission to rehab on Sunday . And having to pay twice as much as my wife to get in.

I like to other memorabilia they have been rock memorabilia

Loved the theme of the rooms and the design of the pools where Rehab is held

We didn't have any room cleaning service either of the 3 days we stayed there. No one came to clean our room even after we called the front desk to ask for the service.

The pool was amazing

The standard room was not nice. The cleanliness and decor was not up to par, the room was a good size but the bathroom was small cramped and looked worse than a cheap motel. No decor and the amenities were not supplied. For the amount of money it cost to stay there I would not stay there again.

Staff was exceptional. Descent restaurants that were affordable. Love the hard rock theme.

Rooms are clean, pretty.

The mix of different very loud music at the same time outside on the patio & pool area. Very annoying to hear two different kind of music at the same time. Not a single quiet place outdoor.

I loved almost everything about this hotel. The room size is perfect. The beds were comfortable. Love the French doors that opened to the view the beautiful pool area. Love the music being played out there.

We were there for a cheer competition at unlv. Cheer comps are very long. It would have been nice to come back and sit in the hot tub. That was not to be since I have a child and by the time we got back 7pm and 9 pm the pool area was closed. Also I don't like the fact that they charged my bank account for the whole bill upfront and added a deposit on there. Made it hard to enjoy my trip since the whole time Im thinking about $200 of my money that I could have been spending was being held.

The value was very good. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout

There was a lack of information within the hotel generally but especially in the room. Further info on tv channels, a map of the area, details of the pool and facilities in general

the memorabilia made it really interesting, just walking around. the music playing was great, felt like a rock'n'roll place,

that it was so far from the strip. 25-30 minute walk. and the hotel shuttle only operated 10am til 5pm, thats when most people were heading out. and it drops you off at the furthest point of the strip. why only once an hour as well?
