Good location. I was in chicago due a connection. The free shuttle is pretty good

Good size room, comfortable. You get what it says on the brochure. This is a budget type hotel so you shouldn't expect luxury facilities and lavish breakfast. Very good value for money.

Shuttle service a bit hit and miss, It turns out they do an hourly run (45 mins at peak times) so it did turn up eventually. We were told on arrival we should have called the hotel so we did the next day and got an answerphone. Otherwise good value for money.

Location and the shuttle bus driver was very helpful and gave great service

Shuttle service and driver saved the day both in and out.

Staff at the time of check-in was impolite, rude, sarcastic and biased. I would not certainly return due to the awful treatment.

Cost was reasonable for what was provided. Free wi-fi was a bonus!

Very little in the way of noise-reduction between rooms, and also from outside.

Close to the Airport.

There was no heat in the room. Tried to turn up thermostat no luck. However it was a short night so did not want to deal with it. When we booked I asked if there was a 24 hour airport shuttle and they said yes. I called for a late checkin and to confirm 24 hour shuttle and they said there was. When I called at 12:05 a M. they said the shuttle stopped at midnight so had to arrange a cab. Not happy with that.

Location price nice room

phone did not work shower did not work hot water flow was very, very slow the shuttle took nearly 45 minutes to pick me up. Some wierd story about canelled flights, etc after numerous asurances that he was 5 minutes away. It was very, very cold and getting very late at night.

Shuttle service to airport

My flight will arrive at 12 midnight and the shuttle is over until 4am

Very helpful and friendly staff! Very economical and close to O'Hare. The shuttle was very nice to have available to take us to the Metro.

Decor a bit outdated and we would have liked the beds to have been more comfy. We could hear our neighbors pretty clearly having a conversation at 5 A.M.

Accomadating staff, size of the room, location to airport and value for money.

Breakfast; would be better not mention a free breakfast as it is extremely poor.

Room was a good size, bed comfortable. Cookies, crackers and hot beverages available at all times. Staff was very helpful in getting boarding passes printed.

"Breakfast" was a choice of two cold cereals. Nothing else - no pastries or donuts, nada.

We requested a nonsmoking room but the People next to us were smoking (not cigarettes by the way)and it was a really strong smell. that could be the only thing why we didn't enjoy most of our night...

Room was very nice, updated and good attention to comfort. Dunkin' donuts next store, which you will need for breakfast. Very good transport to Donald Stevens Convention Center.

The so called Breakfast, a gallon of milk, and two cereals. No toaster, or any other normal breakfast setup. Did have coffee machine with powered cream, etc. This is not a Continental Breakfast.

It is an older hotel but very clean. Felt secure and it was quiet for sleeping. The Shuttle driver went out of his way to accomadate our early departure time to O'Hare.

It was old...60's style probably should be updated a bit...otherwise good.

The staff are very friendly and are all willing to assist by going extra mile.thier shuttle bus to and from airport is a plus.
