Location was great. We stayed in the Roman Tower and felt that our room looked very tired. Was also expecting it to be a little bit more upmarket than it was for the reputation that it has.

The hotel was ok, only at the time we checked out, there was a problem with pricing. They Told us the room rates clearly when we wanted an extra night. At the moment we had to pay, at once 28 dollar per night das added as ' resort fee'. They Told us Wifi was in ouder in the price Which they Told us first. On top of That the Wifi did not even work. We really felt ripped off About this matter.

The Elton John Concert, the food at the Steakhouse I didn't like being told that I could not sit on a lounge chair near the pool, unless I paid $50. There were no signs on it, no one else around (it was at the upper pool away from the main area). Very rude when I am guest at the hotel! Also, what's up w/a bottle of water costing $10.00 (it was a small bottle too)???? Really??? Will not stay at Ceasar's again...they have made it clear that unless you are a vip, don't bother staying there! And, I won'T.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. While the bed was very comfortable, the doona provided was way too warm for sleeping. When we asked for a blanket, we were given another sheet! Also, the fridge was not accessible, so we had nowhere to store our milk and orange juice.

Service, cleanliness, position, amenity, everything. Minor complaint the front entry of the hotel does not seem to be readily identified on Naviextra GPS Map software, the GPS gets confused, the map clearly shows the roads within the complex, does not automatically navigate you to the front entrance though. Given the heavy traffic on Las Vegas Blvd this can be a bit of a challenge when checking in as a first timer.

I liked the Jacuzzi in my room and their spa and shops are nice. The room is pretty nice but not worth the money in my opinion. They don't have a line for registration so people just cut in line and the staff didn't pay attention to that. So it started with a bad impression.

mesa resturant Total rip off-You were charged a fee to check in to your a little early even if your room was ready. ice machine didn't work on my floor all week. I was unable to get internet service in my room but they wanted to charge me for it. The pool was closed parts of two days for private parties and I had just bought a drink inside Ceasars facility and they would not let me bring it in to the pool area but once inside the pool area charged $18 for a small drink. Very disappointing stay and I would not stay at Ceasars in the future.

The hotel is in the middle of the Strip, perfect! We asked about the pool hours at the chech-in and the lady told us 10am-18pm or after verification the next day it was 9am-19pm : no pool for us! The coffee is not complementary in the room...
