The design and the location Despite my advance reservation and payment, I was assigned an old room that does not have a closet nor a refrigerator/mini bar. They have a shelf at the bathroom to hang clothes, and if you need water at night, you have to run outside the room to purchase it. I have approached the reservation desk for assistance at least to provide me with the services that I hava paid for, and I felt that they are trying to make excuses more than they assist. I have requested to see the manager, where I thought the he is there to help, but unfortunately, he was making more excuses, so I realized that that these excuses are dictated by the management to the staff, and I felt that I am stacked in this room. The next day at 6am, I have requested for a breakfast, and I was told that it is going to be delivered within 40 minutes, at 7:30, I called to follow- up my order and I waited until 8:15, where I had to call and cancel the order. I decided to go outside to have my breakfast. The experience of my other colleague who has an experience of having their meal either were given a wrong order and took a long time to deliver the meal. (Unfortunate, this place can be managed a lot better than what is going on right now.)

There's no way to put this place into words. I felt like I was in a movie! We had the option to upgrade to another room and tower for like $40, and ummmm it was bonkers, bananas, & beyond brilliant!!! I was so so so sad to check out...which u can do on the boob tube btw....awesome, no waiting in line! The only thing that was a tad annoying is that the place (along with a few other hotels) is Pepsi owned. Nooooooooo Diet Coke :-/. But honestly, o well. It's fan.tas.tic. Love love love!!! From the service, to the shopping, to the unreal atmosphere & ambiance. I wanted to move in!

Good location. Other facilities, outside the room, seemed fine. Was able to do electronic check in via text, which was great. Room completely outdated with 30+ year old jacuzzi tub in room and mirrors everywhere including ceiling. No desk at all in room. Iced coffee in food court cost almost $8! No room service menu. No do not disturb sign in room - little things like that just added up.

It's a pretty good hotel but you have to pay for every step. Always book superior rooms otherwise you'll get a room with a view to nowhere :) staff is very rude like robots.. Also very hard to find what you looking for though having map

The location is excellent as it is in the middle of the strip. The staff were glib and unhelpful, trying to fob us off with the old 'your room isn't ready but you can upgrade now' routine. We arrived just after 5pm and got into our rooms (2 couples) just before 8pm. Even then one of the rooms had a view which consisted mainly of concrete and we didn't get the rooms close together as requested.

A fantastic hotel that incorporates a wonderful theme with opulance and elegance all throughout the hotel. The variety of pools was fantastic. Unfortunately, no free wi-fi, and things are fairly costly.

We were upgraded to a Forum suite which was awesome and the front desk guy was incredible. It was a good experience. We couldn't get an early check-in which would have been helpful as we came in on motorbikes and could of used the room when we arrived.

Fantastic Hotel I would say the best in terms of location and price and quality. They closed the entire Pool area 1 afternoon as they had a private function. This disappointed us a great deal and would put us off using the hotel again as this happens quite a lot. Only reason not to recommend the hotel is with regards to the pool if you are not going to use it then it does not matter.

Location was great. Loved the shops. Beautifully designed building. Comfortable bed. Nice view. Your site stated we had robes and coffee makers. Neither were true statements. I even called Caesars twice and they confirmed in room coffee makers, so I brought plenty of extra. Had to pay $4.11 per cup of coffee, which equaled $17 each day. No ice makers or ice buckets were available. Carpet in our room was filthy. Some black mold on shower tile. Paid $12 for a Singapore sling drink that was absolutely horrible - tasted just like pure lime juice. Walked nearly a 1/2 mile back to my group and realized it was horrible, so went to nearby bar and asked them for another or to fix the drink. The bartender refused. Played BlackJack nearly 9 hours and only received two drinks the entire time. They really aren't staffing the floor. (The more you drink, the more you spend gambling.) Food was expensive. Would suggest they reduce the amount of food (waste) and the price. My salad was enough for 3 people and cost $13.50. Most of it went to the garbage along w/my money. Tv kept breaking.

Good location on the strip. Very comfortable room, however we would have appreciated a coffee maker in the room. No view, we looked at the roof and A/C ducts, however this wasn't a concern as we spent very little time in our room and we didn't pay top dollar. Overall, an enjoyable stay and we would certainly recommend. Nothing!
