Very old rooms...molded mirror. Very dark....noisy air conditioner

The room was bare basic, there was nothing in the room beside 2 beds, and lots of towels We paid a resort fee, for each day that we were there, what a joke, no more a resort than the YMCA

there is no fridge in units. Need to catch up to the rest of the world and supply these.

Our room was not clean. Visable fececs on blanket at the bottom of the bed. We sent out ,never returned,Not vacumed or dusted.Leaving much to be desired.

I like the location

The check in. For a person in business, stay 1h at the line to check in was a lost of time and messed up in my schedule.

Location and Price; the lower price relates to the older, lower, standard of rooms, lifts and hallways. However, clean and acceptable. When it's finish, it will be good, I would say the price will rightly increase also.

Renovation in progress; hotel is at various stages of maturity. Between -20+ years, so quality of room will be pot luck, Vegas is for gambling, so do you want to risk that with your hotel room?

Location is great, price is cheap.

1. The receptionist who checked us in was super rude and I think gave us the worst room of them all. 2. Room's sliding backdoor didn't close properly and one time it even came out the railings that were holding it. The good part was that I called maintenance and they fixed it immediately. 3. I have stayed here when it used to be Imperial Palace for $40 per night. Now the rates around are $110 per night. I can see a lot of renovation in the common area like the entrance and casino, but the rooms are worst than ever, which doesn't justify the enormous price hike (about 200%). 4. The bathroom wash-basin was partially broken. The front door closed properly from outside only if you pulled it very hard. 5. The elevators were practically not there for us. You have to wait for at least 5-10 mins before an elevator will come and if you're lucky, there might be some space for you to squeeze in. Otherwise repeat the waiting cycle. Most of the time we ended up taking stairs after getting frustrated. 6. There would be loud music playing near the pool, starting at around 11 am. Even with the backdoor closed it was so loud in the room. That served as our waking alarm, pleasant one though not the one anybody would want who went to sleep at 6 in the morning.

it is all under remodel... it was not good.. checked out a nite early.. it was very stressful.. room was dirty and hotel was not easy to get around and over booked..never again....i want my 79 dollars back....

Buffet was a big disappointment - much reduced selection since I last visited at the breakfast buffet.

Good location, remodel looks good so far and with a good location this place has promise.

Horrible parking situation, its a nightmare. Poor front-desk setup leaves you waiting forever to check-in. Everything is still the same as before when this was the Imperial Palace...which was a dump.

The carpets where totally terrible,Replace the once in the hallways,and at least shampoo the once in the rooms,alittle paint goes a long ways.( Doesnt have to cost a fortune to make things look good)

difficult to find where to pull in, stains on the chair and carpet, I asked valet please not to slide drivers seat back as I have items I was concerned to be broken they put a sign on my steering well however when I got my car back seat was shoved all the way back

Dirty looking room.

We chose this hotel for the cheap price found on booking.com. With its central location, we couldn't beat it. When we arrived, the lady who checked us in asked if we would like to upgrade for $10 more since we were in one of the older rooms on a lower level. We decided not to (we were only sleeping and showering then moving on, why bother right?) and she put us on the 4th floor. We had a view of the pool (which I enjoyed the next morning- surprisingly clean and plenty of patio lounge chairs) and two queen beds. The room was mostly clean, 1 stray hair found in the corner of the bathroom. The sink was peeling, but nothing was dirty. The beds were comfortable. Overall, for one night in which we spent little time actually in the room, it was fine! We only spent a short time in the casino, but enjoyed ourselves there as well.

As mentioned, the sink was peeling and the room was old, but it really wasn't too bad. Construction outside made it a little tricky finding our way into the parking garage and then it was a very long way to get from where we parked to the check in area of the hotel. Even more confusing to find our way back out. The television blocked half of the large mirror in the main room.

Loved the location on center of the strip.Our room was close to elevators.Restaurants and casinos were very good. Bed very comfortable, plenty of towels daily. Staff very helpful and friendly. A bargain for the price.

Dirty room--carpets near beds and and around furniture not vacuumed for months by look of it. Black mold growing round base of toilet and tub.. Tub not clean. Trash around bed. Not a deluxe room as advertised. Was supposed to be one up from basic room. Didn't look like picture on web.
