For the price, it was great. I was expecting a lot less so I was pleasantly surprised. GREAT location on the strip! I was told I had a balcony so I was expecting to sit on it. It was only wide enough to stand on it.

The staff were very helpful . The room was easy to get to.It was good to have a window that opens. There was no outside jacuzzi.The drinks in the piano bar were very expensive .

For me the best thing about Harrah's is it's location - the very center of Strip. Also price was reasonable, room was clean, burgers in kgb restaurant at the first floor were tasty. Before this trip I already stayed in Harrah's and in couple of other hotels nearby for business. Frankly, I think Harrah's was the worst of them. Furniture in rooms is poor and rather old, no free wireless, nothing exciting about pool, interior, restaurants and so on. Just an "ok" hotel to return to after party at 4 am and get some sleep :) Next time when I go to Vegas not for business but for leisure I'll choose anything else.

After a 21 hour journey we arrived at 11:15 PM and there were only 2 agents at the reception desk registering guests. Therefore we had to wait over an hour to register to the hotel. During the day Harra's had several agents but after 4 PM when check in started they only had 2-3 agents left at the reception. Front desk was not managed well!

Every employee I ran into was friendly and helpful. All the added costs when I checked out. They charged a deposit at the beginning if he trip so your bottom line when you check out seems reasonable until you realize you've already paid a deposit.

Close to the facility that we had business Check in was the slowest that I have experienced in a very long time. Just about missed a meeting that I had set up due to that fact that it took over 30 mins to check in and that there was only a few people in front of me.

The location, the room, the cassino, the price Obligatory u$40 dolars for the resort fee to get just 1 cable internet connection. And the u$25 dolars charge to use the mini fridge.

The location is terrific! I was charged the Resort Fee twice upon check in. Couldn't get Imelda at Front Desk to understand even though I had printed the information from you all. She had a communication issue. I did get reimbursed prior to checkout.

good room for the price. Decent parking. KGB Burgers while expensive I have to say had the best burgers I have have ever had Casino too smokey--didn't gamble much there. seats in casino in disrepair with cigarette holes. The water in my bathtub wouldn't shut all the way off and ran constantly.

Location great - right in the middle of the strip, staff friendly. Not an olympic sized swimming pool as described! Too many drinkers in the pool - almost impossible to swim. Breakfast was a $9 allowance at starbucks. No free wifi - went next door to MacDonalds!

Position Relatively reasonable Price. Plug for computer in Room not easily accessibile under table -charging for internet - pool time table 9-6 not accessibile for business people -payment fitness center to guests.

Shuttle service. Comfortable room, clean. Spa fee,was unreasonable when you don.t use any of the service's that where to be included. At our age couldn.t get near the pool. Charged us for Telephone calls made with our telephone card. They did take it off, which slowed our check-out time. Smokey , should have more non smoking area's.

Good location, but every hotel at the Strip has a good location. Nice casino and good buffet. There was a long line at the reception desk to check in because only 3 receptionists were there (and they were pretty slow). No free internet (the cost was 12$ for 24 hours). The hairdryer fell of the wall when we wanted to use it - all in all we had an old room and the maintenance wasn't there probably for months...

The faucet in shower dripped day and night. Stuffy air in room. No body wash provided. No fridge or microwave. We have had better rooms at lesser hotels. We do travel often.

The room was great! It was very clean, the bathroom was big & the room itself was big, too! The beds & pillow were soooooo comfortable!! That makes such a big difference on a trip! The casino was lively, fun, open! The burger restaurant was fantastic! We loved the Million Dollar Quartet show!!! Wow!!!! The casino is smokier than other casino's, but that can't be helped with the lower ceiling, so it's fine!
