Location, location Fulton best ever
Room is pretty small
I couldn't believe they have no room service
I liked mostly everything
The heating did not work, but it was fixed within half an hour I reported it
Long wait in line for checkin. Wasted a lot of our valuable time. Very expensive for the value.
Helpfulness of staff.
Resort fee as add on to cost of room. It is deceptive when trying to price rooms. It should be listed in bolder print on forms and hotel information brochures.
Cell phone reception wasn't great in the lobby or casino, sending and receiving messages took forever to go through
Location is nice and the room is clean.
Harrah's charged my bank card twice for the same two night stay. First on the day of my arrival and then the second time one day after I left. They don't have an e-mail addrss where you can send your complaints.
Location on the strip is great, the room was very clean & comfortable.
There are no places to have breakfast or a regular meal. All the regular style restaurants are gone (unless you walk up the strip a little way to Denny's & then go up the escalator or elevator if you find it, above a Walgreen's). Not everyone wants to pay exorbitant prices for food, coffee or anything else. The fact that you MUST pay a resort fee of $28 (mandatory all casino's), for the gym (most people are not there to go to a gym), telephone calls (who doesn't have a cell phone?) & the internet (if you are using it, the premier version is cheaper than the resort fee), this is a total rip off, even if it is by the state. Guest parking is always a hassle, especially handicapped parking & can I afford (free?) valet parking with all other expenses that you incur in Las Vegas. There needs to be separate public parking available.
Location, staff, cleanliness
No HDTV channels, no microwave, no refrigerator
Nice hotel, good location on strip, close to restaurants we like to eat at.
Did not like the extra amount charged to the room each night.
Cost was best feature
Quality was ok but not great.
Location to new giant wheeland promanade
Location and at first glance the price.
All the mandatory extra fees and taxes in addition to the booking price.
The location of Harrah's is perfect! Once you walk one half of the strip and back it didn't seem as bad since it's kind of right in the middle of the strip, compared to those that were at the end of the strip. An avg. taxi ride to end was about $7 with tip when traveling to the clubs at night. The beds and pillows were very comfy. I had the 'classic room', which was small but economical. It still had a modern look to it. Nice counter tops in the bathroom along with a flat screen in the bathroom which was nice, and it had your standard tub/shower combo. The TV in the bathroom could have been subbed out for a microwave if you ask me! But overall nice room no complaints. Staff was very friendly. The atmosphere of the casino wasn't bad. I traveled Jan. 8-12 and I didn't find it to be smokey as some said, but then again it wasn't too crowded in the casinos as it would be in avg. travel season. I would definitely stay here again.
I didn't like the $200 refundable deposit in order to use the internet. I thought that was included in the resort fees. You had an option of doing the $100 deposit but I was under the assumption you wouldn't have access to WIFI with that. Maybe it wasn't explained to me well but that's how I understood it. It took a couple days after check-out for the deposit to show back on my card. A microwave would be nice in the rooms. If you have left overs from eating out there was no way to re-heat the food. The people trying to swoon you with free show tickets if you go on a time share are ANNOYING! If you want a free show, dinner, and tickets to other things do it but MILK them for all they have lol to make up for the annoyance and time you will spend looking at the timeshare. :-)
Resort fee, was to much for the hotel, when the iron is locked to the iron board.
The view from the 18th floor
There were nothing in the room but a king bed and a table/chairs(2) no frig. micro/coffee maker in a Luxury Room
Liked the location of the hotel, able to park car and walk to many other hotels
Wish the hotel would add some upgrades to the rooms to brighten up the look.
One of the best for the money and well maintained
Could not stay longer
Room, Casino, Food, Helpful staff.
Nothing I can think off
We have been there for the CES show as each year. We try always to be at Harras. Location is great, they are close to Venetian and Palazzo where the show-rooms are as well as they are at Monorail Station to go to the floor... it means there is basically never the need to take a taxi. It is a way to avoid long taxi queues.
Pretty old; average rooms; decent restaurants now in the new food court, but very expensive
The food court was great at all times. The elevator location close to every thing. Ruth Cris was great...ate 2 times there.
The room didn't have towels and we had to ask. NO amenities, the bar of soap was open and used! No mini bar if I wanted one. Had to get a refridgerator. No stand for luggege Really should have people pick up the ashtrays at the slots more ofen. Couldn't get a drink at bar...every one took up seats watching the game!
VERY NOISY IN HALLWAYS...OTHER PATRONS YELLING
The information representative are very good and entertertaining.they unswered all our needs and questioned. We appreciated in staying in this hotel.
The smell of cogarettes especially i have children.
