Score from 6003 reviews Good
Room was small Not enough drawers for 4 people To few pool lounge chairs and too many cabanas for reserve. Hard to get a chair within 1/2 hour of pool opening No coffee in room
Location, casino, access to monorail
Dated Expensive for value
The staff at check in and check out desk horrible attitude horrible would never recommend anyone to stay at the hotel just for that there is a reason why they work in customer service to provide amazing service but they didn't it sucked bad
How clean it was the ladies that do the cleaning are awesome
Everything else - the staff was not helpful, the hotel is not clean, VERY EXPENSIVE I will never stay their again
Did not get the room I booked or the price I booked it at. Was awake most of the night with noise from trucks in the loading dock and adjacent room
Walking distance from Sands Convention center is okay
Based on central location on the strip, very convenient to all attractions on the strip.
It was a pretty beat up room with no fridge or microwave. TV system was every poor. And I'm sure they are cooking the books to make sure your last days costs more so you don't ever get any real savings.
There was access to restaurants and food very close on the second floor. Tobie Keiths had some pretty good food although expensive. Lots of food variety, but obviously on the expensive side. Self parking in the back was pretty close for vegas and the monorail was also not that far.
The room wasn't very nice and if we wanted a refrigerator we would have to pay for it, contrary to what was advertised.
The sink was very slow draining
Great staff, very helpful and friendly
Right on the Vegas Strip, very centralized.
- the recepcionist (Carolyn) was the most unhelpful and disrespectful person I've ever met. - High quality hotel that uses Starbucks for breakfast?? really? Cant you serve a normal buffet?
- Very comfy beds
A few rather scary characters roaming the hallways to our room, and one eve a policeman/ security was standing outside of a room at around midnight??
Location was great, hotel had most everything one would want...except a coffee maker would be nice.
Sighs were confusing. Parking garage sucked!
Watch out for Wyndham Vacation / Timeshare reps when they try to sell packages. Unless you are prepared to give up a couple of hours of your time. They do offer gifts of shows / meals and Gaming credits tho.
Harrahs is extremely well located in middle of Strip . Monorail stop . Good buffet and also snack bar very handy. Pick up and Drop off point for most Grand Canyon Tours.
Wasn't really that clean or special for the Strip
Ease of getting a room last minute
The time it took to check in was way too long, 50 minutes standing in a queue is unnecessary.
Location on the Strip and the pool area has lots of relaxing space.
Position is good
Casino and room was very dated and drastically in need of overhaul/update. If you're looking for budget on the strip, I'd suggest Bally's.
The rooms and the facility
Old fashioned, pool is below average.
Wi-Fi did not work then we come to the room. I spent almost an hour to negotiate with a technician, untill he establishe a connection manually on the Samsung phone and Acer netbook. The next day the same thing happened, because hotel guests must update the connection every 24 hours! The result - 2 hours spend for nothing!!! We pay $25 "resort fee" a day, so Internet could work better!!!
Everything exept Wi-Fi!!!
The check in was over 40 minute wait in line.
I loved the beautiful room mostly
Don'the like the resort fee. Just increase the price of the room.
