Location. Good gaming opportunities except sports book just so so.
maybe a fridge, thats all
I don't have any complaints at all...when hot there I room wasn't ready so they were able to put us in another room right away...
There wasn't anything I didn't like...
Perfect location on strip, great price, friendly staff
The close proximity to all that is fun!
It was cheap which was great, but I paid for a "high roller view" which was only like $15 extra, but it wasn't really any different than other rooms. The room was actually decently big. I might stay here again because it was a good price, but I would look at MGM properties first.
I didn't like the casino or the crowd there. This was my first time staying at a Ceasar's property and I didn't really like it. I usually stay at M-Life properties because they are a more modern style and usually have a younger crowd there along with more fun casinos IMO. I couldn't even sign up for their total rewards because every time I went by the desk there was a line a mile long.
The location was excellent. The room service was great and honest. By accident i left my money and valuables on the bed and went to the canyon, that had me worried as it was my jewellery and money $$$$. $$ to my surprise when i returned to the room everything was there.Check in and check out was efficient. The total rewards offer was beneficial.
The rooms should have at least a coffee maker and daily bottles of complimentary water. There should be a more daily variety of food for breakfast at the flavors restaurant. Found hair in the boil eggs one morning which was a turn off. Although the Manager Michelle took quick action to have them removed and offered another batch plus a complimentary breakfast for another day, the experience was one that shows that the hotel is lacking in its Quality Assurance Control. I stayed in the Carnaval Tower room C1034 and although it was non smoking the smokey smell was still present.
The bed acc the room were very nice and clean. The view of the big ferris wheel was good also.
This stupid"resort" they charge is utterly ridiculous
Location on the strip is awesome!
Even if breakfast is said to be included in the room, it really isn't. Also the amount quoted on booking.com was not what I paid. It showed a total of about $80 for three, but it was only the amount for the first night and I only found this out after check-in.
At the centre of the strip, convenient.
Received email for upgrade to newly renovated room but turned out to be 'deceived'. The hotel doesn't deliver what was indicated in the upgrade and we have to pay the upgrade fee. Disappointed.
Location, size of room, parking
Smell, lack of fresh air in the hotel in general (although luckily the window in our room could be opened)
Beds Location View
Beds, CleAnliness good
Poor water pressure and bathroom and room from 1980. Over due for an updAte!
We had a room with a view of the High Roller. The view during the day is nothing to shout about but it comes alive a night with ever changing rotating lights. Hotel food is great casino is great we had a wonderful time.
Location & comfortable beds
Everything was excellent
Liked everything! Thank you!
Excellent place, facilities, Food, Casino , location and view.
The hotel is in the middle of the 'Strip' so is easy to explore the highlights of Vegas. Clean and comfortable room.
Restaurants were a bit pricey compared to some of the other hotels you could find.
Centrally located on the strip
Hotel did not email and notify us the roads were closed. But they emailed for everything else. Took 2 hours to get 3 miles to hotel. Apparently there was an annual event the strip was closed for, but we were not informed until we were stuck in the mess and I called the hotel to find out what the heck was going on.
Great location, close to everything. Dancing with a really good live band. Bellman were great! Everyone that worked there was very friendly and nice.
Wish they had a coffee shop, didn't care for the food court. The drive to check in and valet is kind of confusing.
Facilities didn't seem as clean as it could have been
I did not get the room I had reserved, smoking high roller king.
