Great location, close to everything. Dancing with a really good live band. Bellman were great! Everyone that worked there was very friendly and nice.
Wish they had a coffee shop, didn't care for the food court. The drive to check in and valet is kind of confusing.
Facilities didn't seem as clean as it could have been
I did not get the room I had reserved, smoking high roller king.
location and staff
rooms need updating --bath faucet would not turn off. Bed mattress needed replacement.
Rooms good bed excellent restaurants were excellent overall our stay was A-1
Smoking in casinos !!
The newly remodeled food area.
All the noise from the valet area in my room. How hard the room doors close.
Staff great nice suite
Very long check in line
They didn't let me connect my PS4 to the TV. My key lost function once, I went all the way down to replace it. At first I was assigned to a noisy room right above the air condition units, I managed to get another one within 20 minutes!
The AC noise.
Room was nice and clean, hotel seems a bit aged as it seems in need of some updates and repair; worn/torn carpet in hallways.
Bed and pillows a little stiff resulting in poor sleep, constant noise from car alarms in the self-parking structure a little annoying.
Price and location
cannot lock sliding door. Not fixed during two nights' stay.
Location great comfort great very pleased
staff very nice and helpful.
six dollar orange juice at the food court.
Good food available at the food court. Right on the strip-could walk to lots of places or get public transportation.
No free shuttle to and from airport. I guess it's Vegas!
No in room coffee
The staff at harrahs was amazing, check in and check out were fast, loved the free wifi in my room, the new folton market place was great, we ate there every day.it was nice to have coffee, fruit in the morning, the pizza was so good.i cant wait to come back to harrahs
All the maintenance problems. Sink stopped up, toilet stopped up, bathtub stopped up, fridge not working.
perfect location with big and clean rooms.
Our stay at Harrahs was very good. The location on the strip and next to the "Quad" , made for a lot of entertainment and great eating and drinking. The staff at Harrahs was great and the rooms are very comfortable.
The view The location
Waiting in line for check in and buffet The smell of people smoking in the casino
getting a clean room, which we did
Proximity to the strip. Their correction when rooms were unsuitable.
We had a decent sized group for a wedding and there were lots of problems with the rooms and none of our rooms were around eachother. To me, one of the worst looking hotels on the strip and not worth what we payed for (especially when we payed for an upgrade).
Gambling and Toby Keith Bar
$15/day charge for a fridge. Air conditioner broke and after 3 calls, they told us we should just let ac run low and therefore sleep in a hot room. We called a fourth time, by now it's 1030 pm, and the manager finally changed our rooms. No comps were given for our trouble. I recommend treasure island for the same location, bigger rooms, better service and cheaper rooms, and a free fridge already included.
