Pool closes at 5 pm and every guest has to pay hotel service fees. The room were facing a bar that music were blaring till 3am!
Nice atmosphere and wonderful staff.
Coffee pot not part of standard amenities.
Location. The free parking was good.
Upgrade purchased had no value, no fridge, everything cost extra which usually are included. May be Las Vegas screen.
A perfect location in the middle of the strip . Walk one way one day and the other way the next . High quality for a small outlay . Will stay again
The location and the convenience.
The booking in took over an hour. The fridge in the room was broken. The carpet had been cleaned and the machine was left running in the room even though we booked in 3 hours after the allowed time. The shower head was hanging off the wall.
Our guest services assistant was very polite.
Quiet AC system
1)No internet or charge fee if we want to use. It suppose to be free 2) Food is NOT good and expensive
Like it on the strip.
Need upgrading, badly.
Walls thin. Resort fee? Buffet over priced for quality of food. Slot machines very little pay out. Room ok. Nothing spectacular.
The checkin process
Clean environment; friendly helpful staff.
Can't think of anything.
Very Central For All Vegas Activities, Staff Were Excellent. Special Requested Services Were Achieved With Pleasure.
Close to everything
The bar fridge was broken. The adjoining door in my room had some loud person who kept us awake. There is nowhere near enough front desk staff both reservations and tour desk..the wait was agonising. Tipping a guy to get you cab was to much sometimes it wld be nice for him to say it was ok I just rang a wissle that all have a nice trip.
Location , friendly Staff(everywhere in the hotel), price, rooms, beds, the Quad, all the shops and restaurants, the flamingo next door. Just and overall Great Experience
close to almost everything carnival court is always a good time staff is friendly rooms are decent, clean good for the price.
Decent value for the money being right on the strip
Walls are VERY thin - if TV is on in the next room it is clearly audible, or if people are talking you can hear their entire conversations Do not go to the buffet!!!
I liked the view we had. And usually charge for a Refrigerators. But had brought one up for my bday cake.
The room was very hot the air should be located in different area. They put us in a room which was equipped for handicap people and no of us are.
Staff wasn't helpful with any questions that we asked. I always got the run around, with a snotty attitude.
Location, Price, Room, front desk staff.
Every time I turned around to ask someone who I thought was an employee, (gold badge, black suit, behind counters) a question, they tried to sell me on a time share with Wyndham, and wasted my time just trying to sell me on a "1 hour tour"
The staff is very friendly and professional. The place itself is very old school Las Vegas which gives a great atmosphere. The room was plenty spacious and clean and the location is great.
No free WiFi. There's no reason for such a large hotel like Harrah's to limit wifi, especially in 2014. Also, if you do want to pay for the internet - it's ridiculously expensive. The free option is going to the Starbucks near the lobby where the connection is shoddy and hardly works. This is a major downside to an otherwise very good hotel.
Would love to stay here again.
Large bathrooms and overall nice rooms for the price
Carpets dirty in rooms and stretched out pretty bad in hallways.
Nice new pool , view from the room.very efficient on cleaning rooms.
Had to walk through the entire casino, past the restaurants all the way past the check in desk to get to the hotel elevators to get up to the room.I realize that's the way they were built at that time.
The location was great. We were going to a concert in Caesars and we did not want to pay a lot for accomodations
Even though is well located, the hotel looks old. Rooms smell with mold and is not a nice thing to notice every time you go in the room. Also you can here everything that goes on in the hallway and in the rooms next to you. So that is inconvenient.
