Everything exept Wi-Fi!!!
Wi-Fi did not work then we come to the room. I spent almost an hour to negotiate with a technician, untill he establishe a connection manually on the Samsung phone and Acer netbook. The next day the same thing happened, because hotel guests must update the connection every 24 hours! The result - 2 hours spend for nothing!!! We pay $25 "resort fee" a day, so Internet could work better!!!
I loved the beautiful room mostly
The check in was over 40 minute wait in line.
Don'the like the resort fee. Just increase the price of the room.
Love the new food court, starbucks on property, online check in and especially the location.
Bathroom door handle was broken and guests garbage left in hallways wasn't promptly picked up.
room was nice and clean.
it took 20 min. to check in,the buffet was not goo at all.
My friend and I had a wonderful experience at Harrah's. Neither of us had stayed there before. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only hiccup was long line to check in, but more staff were brought to front desk to help out, eventually. Will definitely stay there again!
Need more staff at the front desk for check in, otherwise wonderful.
Flavors restaurant and salad bar
Not a place for non-smokers ... all gaming floor is a smokers nest. This is apparrent in all casinos in vegas.
Need more maintainance
We have not been to Harrahs for ten years. The food Court is amazing. Healthy, tasty choices. Great stay!!!
Clean rooms & great monorail access. Great location
Sound proofing could be better
Location Toby Keith's Buffet
Smokey in casino. Ceilings are low so the smoke does not dissipate well. Room was ok but getting warn Table games minimum bet went up too early in the day.
THE CHECK IN PROCESS WAS EXTREMELY LONG...HAD TO WAIT 1 HR PLUS
Food was great
Toke for ever to check in
Very central on the Strip. Walking distance to many other properties. Friendly/helpful staff. Near High Roller observation wheel. Large room with very comfortable bed.
Basic room with few amenities, lacking in toiletries. My upgraded 'view' room really only had a sliver of a view across to the Mirage with no view up or down the Strip. I marked down just a bit for cleanliness but that was for the Casino floor, not my room which was fine.
The Wifi did not work properly. I was able to connect the first night after spending about 20 minutes on the phone with a tech support person. Never worked after the first day.
nothing the room was hot until they changed rooms for us and it was even hotter
everything was overpriced and all service was rude and non helpful
Checking in was a disaster!
Location was prime!
Showers. Leaked all over the bathroom, shower curtains, old torn...didn't work well.
Bed is comfortable and location is very good and also the shower is good.
We were freezing in the room. The temperature would not go up even when we upped the thermometer. Also it was noisy because of the temperature control which does not work.
This is busy hotel but in a really good location. It is in the heart of the Strip. The casino is big and have lots of choice of slots. The atmosphere is very casual you don't need to dress formal. The room itself is ok, enough space, a little bit old.
There were just about 2 staffs working in the lobby, which is obviously not enough for such a busy and crowded hotel.
We stayed at Harrahs the week before. We had two queen beds in the Mardi Gras Tower. It had a TV in the bathroom and seemed more updated. This time we chose the High Roller King Room in the Carnaval Tower, which cost more money. Totally not worth it. Preferred the two queen beds.
location and comfortable bed
Room was really small and didn't look like the picture. I feel like it was fault advertisement.
