Paris Las Vegas  

My husband had a seizure there on May 7. Christian, your concierge, was outstanding. He called another staff member who was great , called 911, and we were taken care of at Sunrise. Other than that little experience, our stay at Paris was just perfect.

Can't think of a thing. Well....maybe one thing. The line for my morning coffee!!!

location,boulevard shops and rstaurants

rooms need upgrades - new paint,doors were dirty,baseboards were marked and dirty,carpet was not clean

centrally located

The room was clean but had stains on carpet and furniture. The wall paper was pealing. Not my idea of the luxury room i was promised. We were given expired coupons when we checked in and when we signed up for a total rewards card and learned the next day that there was a 10. coupon for this we were told it was to late. They said they didn't have to mention this at sign up time because they had a don't ask don't tell policy! Seriously!!! Not worth the money and will not stay there again!

We lived at 22 floor and our window of our Luxury Room faced the back of Bally's hotel with some small view of the street and desert from the corner of it. To have a Strip view they ask something like 40 usd. Actually, the hotel is really great and that was a minor issue! :)

Good value for the money. The hotel is really good and well located, close to other hotels like Bellagio and Caesars Palace.

There was no free wifi

Perfect location and room was clean tidy. Good casino and dining facilities.

Cost of any extras eg wifi, food, drinks etc is very high! Check in staff very rude and particularly unhelpful

The Casino was very cute, very kitschy but that's why it was so great! We had a great room looking over the pool and the Eiffel Tower and the room was clean and tasteful.

It took a very long time to check in- there was a long line and only 2 pr 3 staff working on the desk. I would say that it took us over half an hour to check in and there was no fast check in option.

When we went to book in our room wasnt ready so we were upgrated to the red room which was fantastic. The room was huge and everything was spotless.I loved the indoor sky, the cobbled floor and the streets like paris inside the hotel it was just beautiful. We just enjoyed walking around Las Vegas just going in and out of the hotels seeing their different themes just so interesting. Loved seeing David Copperfield, Jersey Boys and of course we saw the Grand Canyon. We had 6 nights there and I thought it would have been too long but we could have found enough to to for another 2.

The people who try to stop you inside the hotels whom you think are for the shows and then find oout they are offering free shows for you to go to their timeshare talk grrr

Casino was great and location. Nice room but upgraded for more money. 24/7 room service.

Lack of late night restutants. Upgrade price.

The staff were more than accommodating the rooms were clean comfortable and very large. The location fantastic the reception staff were friendly helpful and accommodating could not fault the hotel or the service this is my third visit to the hotel and definitely be back.

Sorry no negatives at all.

great central location on the strip

walls and doors too thin- we could hear the next room like they were in our room! expensive internet, expensive food and drinks.

Location is at the centre of the strip. The room is good size and clean although the interior is fairly standard.

Staff is not helpful. Hotel registration is a bit hard to find. When we were asking for a hot water bottle, I got transferred three times before they told me they do not have it.

The design let you feel like you are in real Paris, Location is perfect and the price was really budget-friendly

No staff enough, especially when you check out

The location is excellent right in the centre of The Strip. The swimming pool was lovely and a very welcome relaxation!

There was nothing not to like!

We loved the facilities of the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Connection to the Balley's Casino and monorail. Shops. Location.

Were hit up upon arrival to upgrade to their "newly remodeled" rooms. Told the room we would originally get would have noise from the night club. Was told could hear the noise from 3rd floor up to the 19th floor which is where we would have been. Got suckered into an upgrade and the room was not newly remodeled. Maybe several years ago it ws. Hate to have seen their other rooms.

Both times we have checked in to Paris, the clerk has lied by telling us that even though we reserved a room with a king bed, all that is available is a room with two queen beds. When we protested, they "found" rooms with king beds.

Comfortable room at a reasonable price.

Time to freshen the rooms.

Ambiance

No place to eat after midnight. Needs to have 24hours food in the food hallway. ie pizza place

Resort fees! added when you arrive $20 per night for internet per device! If you use it or not, also include local phone calls and the gym. Did not want the gym and did not know Anyone to call. Rip off!

It was located great and was very nice and comfortable.

Casino smoky

We chose this property for the pool and location. Crepe restaurant has really deteriorated in quality and menu, which was a disappointment. We appreciated getting a complimentary late checkout until 1pm.

After at least 4 stays I thought a complimentary upgrade might be nice but no luck! Nevertheless we got what we paid for so all in all we were satisfied.
